[attr="class","inner-finally"]Today he was working as a team rocket grunt although it wasn't part of the uniform somehow, he was allowed to wear his helmet as his father convinced the person that let him in. The rest of his outfit was normal team rocket like attire but was a low-key version as he didn't know if he was supposed to wear his main uniform. This would be his first mission and he didn't really know what he was doing. He had only sol's pokeball with him today as this was his partner when he was on these jobs. Sometimes Zorrow was with him but not this time. His job was to either steal from the casino or patriate in a rigged game. He planned to do that latter of the two but he didn't know how he would achieve this. He really didn't want to have to steal.

[break]Like usual the two voices in his head started to appear. As he imagined a tiny angel on his shoulder in his mother's voice saying you shouldn't do this mission at all you should just go back. Go to where you belong in the league. The other was a devil on his shoulder in his father's voice saying to him you shouldn't listen to the woman that ripped our family apart you should steal the money it will make them take you more seriously. He was growling under his breath at a loss of what to do.

Dorian's partner stuck out like a sore thumb. A man in a helmet, and an outfit that could be construed as a Rocket Uniform was no doubt going to get some unwanted attention. Especially for a mission that required them to act in secret.

Dorian would quickly move to pull the masked man aside, before anyone could spot him. To show he was on his side, Dorian flashed his Rocket lapel pin, before pocketing it again.

Unlike the younger Rocket, Dorian was dressed in a dapper baby blue suit, with Dratini skin boots. His hair was neatly done up, his beard groomed.

"Why are you dressed like you're about to rob the place? We're supposed to be blending in with the crowds, not menacing them!", Dorian chastised the recent recruit.

[attr="class","inner-finally"]He was shocked by being pulled to the side but quickly calmed when he saw the pin then he realized he was in trouble. "First mission not sure what I'm doing dad never taught me what to do when going on missions" he said although it was a good thing, he had a spare change of clothes as he darted behind a trash can to change. When he was back, he looked more like a high schooler with a black school uniform and his eyes were purple which if anyone knew his dad would know those where his dad's eyes.

"Better?" he asked realizing how stupid he had been before. His bag had also changed to more of a fanny pack. He would hope his second choice of outfit was better. Anyone that knew his dad would probably tell whose child he was. His dad had been somewhat high up but not super high up the ranks. Infamy or 59 or so. "Btw names Zorow" he said. Although if this guy knew his dad, he would know that wasn't actually his name and that his name was Bryce not many in team rocket knew this though. He looked at the guy wondering if he had screwed up again or if this was better.

Dorian waited for the man to change out of the outfit he had on before. Upon stepping out, Dorian took a moment to examine him. "Better.", he'd tell the younger man.

"Wait - you must be Kane's son.", Dorian blurted out quietly. There was no mistaking the boy's eyes. "A crying shame what happened to him.", Dorian lamented. Betrayed by the woman who supposedly loved him.

"I'm Dorian, by the way. I don't know if he ever told you about me, since I was just another rank and file back in his day. But I did work with your father. Quite the Rocket, he was.", he'd tell Bryce.

If his father said anything about him, he'd have probably mentioned a burn scar on the left side of his face. Something that was notably missing from the Mad Dog's features.

[attr="class","inner-finally"]He had recognized him from something his dad did mention but he hadn't thought anyone would still have remembered his dad. "Ya Kane's my dad" he said then he looked at the man "Did he ever happen to mention my name when you knew him." He asked "See I joined cause dad told me to the last time I was able to visit him, but mom odiously doesn't want me here" the boy was at a loss of where he belonged. "So, what now?" he was completely lost on what to do this was his first mission after all. He wasn't sure how to go about things or what his skills where he didn't even know if his skills were good enough for team rocket. All that was in front of the large man was a boy that was lost. That Truly didn't know what he was doing.

He then would look toward the casino to break the awkwardness he was feeling. He was nervous was he cut out for this. Was he going to screw up and be kicked out. He ran his hand along his pokeball of Sol's. Sol was his Solrock that he used when on team rocket missions.

"I believe it was Bryce?", Dorian asked the greenhorn. "Heard about what happened. Can't believe your own mother was a spy. And the fact that she just dumped you in Unova? Truly disgusting.", Dorian told him. His tone was genuinely sympathetic, surprisingly enough.

"This task is a simple one. This gambling den happens to be owned by us. A means of fleecing money out of the gullible sheep trying to make it big. Our job is to blend in as guests, and use the machines ourselves. If they see one, or both of us win, then they will think they have a chance at winning, too!", Dorian informed Bryce.

"All we have to do is discretely show proof of our allegiance to the woman managing the coin exchange. In return, she will grant us special tokens that guarantee a winning payout. But again, be discrete about it.", he'd remind Bryce.

"Ya that's right my names Bryce but I don't want to be called that in team rocket since that's the name my mom gave me. And well I don't want other rocket members to think of me as a traitor just cause of who my mom is" he explained. The truth was though that he wanted the two identities so he could actually go out in town without being noticed and in case he decided he wasn't right for team rocket. His hand going through his brown hair. He didnt know what to do he just had a bad feeling one of his Pokémon might cause trouble if zorrow could stay in his pokeball then everything should go fine.

"So, what part do you want me to do" he asked wondering if he was to be a distraction or what his part of the job would be. He wanted to help but also didn't know what to do on his first job. He wished that he could just to a regular Pokémon capturing or stealing job he figured he might be better than that then doing something like this. But he had no clue what he was good at when it came to rocket jobs. He had always done what he was told his whole life never able to make his own choices, so he was at a loss of what to do when he did finally have a choice.

"Very well, Zorrow.", Dorian told the younger man. "I don't hold your mother's actions against you. And anyone who isn't a fool shouldn't either. But I realize there are plenty of fools in the organization.", he'd continue.

"Just follow my lead. After we get our tokens, just play the machines, as you would. The special token will be mixed in with the fifty coins we pay for, but once it's inserted, it will guarantee a winning roll. If the others see, it will increase their morale, thus allowing us to fleece more money out of them.", he'd explain.

"Just don't go inspecting the tokens, they're not marked, and it looks suspicious.", he'd warn Bryce.

'Us' being Team Rocket, and their gambling operation.

Dorian would walk into the parlor, hopefully with the young Rocket in tow. Upon reaching the woman at the counter, Dorian greeted her with a charming smile.

"Fifty coins, please. And fifty for my friend here as well, it's his first time.", Dorian told the woman, handing her the money for the coins, while discretely flashing his Rocket pin to her.

The woman smiled, handing both men 50 coins each. Each token looked indistinguishable from the other, if examined.

"Have fun, my young friend!", Dorian told Bryce, as he went off to play.

He looked along them but then noticed the Blackjack table he had never played that. He caught on quick on how it was played and decided to play. He had played several rounds winning most of the time even without the mystery chip. He had a surprisingly good poker face. He was always good at things like chess it was when his nerves to the best of him.

But when he was calm and not nervous, he actually has a really good pokerface. He smiles getting ready for the next round. When he took his money that he had one and noticed a little tail under the table he hadn't noticed his pokeball had opened. His Pokémon Zorrow had gotten out. He excused himself and fallowed his troublesome Pokémon with his chips. Soon it went over to a machine laying on top of it. Zorrow was looking at the Pokémon he sighed and sat down and started playing slots. He was losing but then suddenly won which he didn't know was cause of the chips, but he had a few more from his wins he had used all that he had more chips from what he had one that he could play. "Zorrow come here" he said to the zorua who hoped down and sat in his lap as he pets the Pokémon. One of the few times he was nice to her.
