Appeared in a flash of light with his Gallade at his side. He was wearing his usual cybertech suit, sword at his hip, his helm was not on at the moment. The main goal was to do some research for their foray deeper into this place, but the issue was, Amor had no idea what was going to happen upon them. Everything in this place was topsy turvy to the nth degree, and he didn't know if he liked. Then there was the issue that he was personally facing. Ever since his foray into the dream mist with Lulu Flint something had felt off inside of him. Though perhaps he would be able to steal her at a later date to pick her brain. Shaking his head clean of those thoughts he gave a nod to the Admin.

"Mr. Cross, I'm glad you're here today, but before we go further I have a question to ask you....Are you in control....?" It was a simple, but blunt question. Now that Amor knew an Avatar could simply be hijacked by their Patron this was now a concern going forward on all missions with them. Even if it was a one off incident he would be remiss to not ask the question to at least make sure. "I don't mean to be rude....But it'd be less than ideal if we wound up fighting one another, is all...." He explained, and he waited for an answer. His Gallade was looming behind him just to be safe.

Amor would normally have Draco with him like this, but on the off chance he needed to vanish quickly his Gallade was the superior choice. Though the Dragonite was still in a pokeball at his hip. Amor looked the admin up, and down assessing him curiously. All he could hope for was that all hell wouldn't break loose like last time.

"We are simply gathering information before we get into the thick of it. We must assume that the League is going to be challenging us at reaching whatever is at the center of this place. So the more information we gather on the obstacles we might run into it, the easier it will be for us to get through it all in one piece." He explains to his colleague, and he motions to his Gallade. "If we need a quick escape, or protection I've us covered. I don't relish the thought of retreating, but I prefer living to fight another day." He says to jayden cross, and he looks ahead. "There are also signs of volcanic activity in there, though I'm not sure if it's an actual volcano, or pokemon." He says with a frown.

Not knowing was the worst.

"We'll take it a little at the time, gather what we can, and then leave." He turns his eyes to meet the admins. "Sound good?" He asks him sincerely.

"Well if that's the case I'm in your hands." Is all he stated to his colleague, before they continued onward. The volcanic phenomenon continued to grow as they got closer. Even from this distance he could feel the heat from whatever was causing it. A hand gripped a pokeball, but he refrained from doing anything. Amor looked down at thr ground and thr cracks widened and filled with magma before a powerful Eruption almost seared him to nothing. It was then that he saw them, several Heatran were advancing at a breakneck pace.

"Well they're not leaguers....Think you can handle them...?" he asked the admin curiously.

In a flash of light a Medicham appeared in front of him. It leapt high up into the air prepping a High Jump Kick in order to collide into those that were beneath it. Of course whether it hit or not it didn't really matter. They were just here gathering data, and the fact is that there was a horde of Heatran coming towards them, and Amor frowned. He heard of the pokemon it was from his home region, but he had never seen one before. Of course he hadn't expected to encounter this type of Pokemon so he hadn't brought his best team either.

"What are they running from....?" Amor frowned again as he tried to think about what could be strong enough to scare off the living incarnation of lava. It was then that his Medicham crashed into the group, and buried one of the Heatran into a small crater. Between the Mega-Gengar, and his Medicham, Amor liked their chances.

Though the ground around them became superheated once again as more fissures began to glow with that magma color signaling another Eruption soon enough.

This was beyond what he had expected, to many powerful pokemon all at once. He feels himself getting picked up like a Princess, and carried to safety. It was a strange feeling, but he just learned a valuable piece of data. So he tucked it away in the back of his mind, and he dusted himself off. He was careful to not touch anything, and as the massive eruption went off it consumed his Medicham, which brought another frown to his face, but he said nothing about it.

"You're correct, I don't know what is causing this, but they are preventing us from getting closer. We could observe from he sky, but with the foliage that'd be next to useless." Amor frowned again this mission was currently a bust. So he summoned his Gallade, and if jayden cross allowed he would Teleport all of them back to their basecamp to make a report on what they had found so far. "Thank you for the save Admin Cross." He says not wanting to be ungrateful because without him Amor would be a crisp right now.
