The Regirock grasped for Cillian Quinn.[break][break]

Throwing himself at the rocks, panic etched on his face as he reached for his husband. Heart beating in his ears as his blood ran cold.[break][break]

The simulation only ended when Tempest's ears heard the meaty 'pop'.

The STONE EDGE pierces through flesh and muscle, hits bone.[break][break]

Cillian collapses like a marionette with strings cut. Not dead but perhaps dying, flecks of blood staining the stone as he coughs violently. He has to get up. He has to run. But his mangled leg gives out when he tries, and the only thing that escapes is a cry of pain from bloodied lips.[break][break]

He can't stop the Regirock as it lifts him as if he were a child's toy, staring at him with its many eyes. Cillian's vision blurs as those eyes begin to flicker, a 'voice' like grinding rock assaulting his ears.[break][break]

"Put-"[break][break]

But that single word takes what's left of his breath as the titan begins to squeeze. The only mercy is in the swiftness of death, the sickening crunch of bone ringing in his ears as he comes to outside of the simulation and is violently ill. He hasn't eaten anything all day, throws up nothing but bile — but it's free of blood.[break][break]

"I — no more today." He's ghostly pale. "I need..."[break][break]

He's not sure, but he folds himself into his husbands arms in desperate search of comfort.
