Cillian easily conceals a thrill of triumph behind his mask of stoicism, but his heart thunders against his ribcage with the rush. The taste of victory was sweeter with her blessing coursing through his veins, an adrenaline high without equal.[break][break]

"If you want," Cillian says of relocation. "It's certainly safer there; those are our streets, after all." His golden eyes gleam with pride, and this he makes no effort to hide. A short, sharp laugh precedes, "We might even be neighbours."[break][break]

His brother had been his neighbour, once. Thought of Rowan Wrynn curdles his glee, though it doesn't show through the mask.[break][break]

"But we've also got our submarine parked in the bay, and our associates are welcome to take up temporary residence there, if you'd rather a non-permanent relocation at first to test the waters." He shrugs. "Really, most of it won't be too different from what you've been doing, except you'll have the org behind you, now. Jobs will come from higher ups, rather than outsourced contracts. But if anyone tries to push you around, you send 'em my way."[break][break]

It was a bad idea to fuck with the guy that managed your money; though it might come across like Cillian was protecting Frank as a friend, he was also an asset. It was good business practice.

The idea of living in a submarine soured Frank's excitement and nervous anticipation, but he brushed it aside with a laugh and shake of his head. [break][break]

"A submarine isn't my style, but I'll go visit to make my introductions to the rest of the upper brass and get myself situated with the financial situation," he said. [break][break]

Truthfully, he did not know anything more about Team Rocket besides what Cillian and @albrecht had mentioned, on top of ever-circulating rumors. Frank imagined a trip to the headquarters would open his eyes. [break][break]

"But uh, thanks, Cillian." He rubbed the back of his neck, looking somewhat sheepish about his gratitude. "You don't know how much I actually need this work. I won't let you down."

His accommodations were nicer than the spartan sardine-tin rooms the grunts were forced to put up with, but they still felt far too cramped for Cillian. With the knowledge of the ocean's oppression above, he could never get any sleep.[break][break]

"They've got an open bar in the foyer."[break][break]

Frank Caffey shouldn't be thanking him. He should be cursing Cillian's name, his manipulative tactics. Cillian smiles.[break][break]
