[break][break] In reality, his Dynamax Band just came in just before the tournament began. It was the first time that Ollie had to use it.

[break][break] Yet at the same time, there was something about the phenomena that was reminiscent of a memory, long ago burrowed. The Dynamax Band around his arm felt old and familiar, even if it was the first time that he'd ever used it.

[break][break] "I think the power spots are still being regulated," he said instead. "And they're using this tourney to try to test it out."

[break][break] He knew people like Josh Devlin didn't really support the use of it. But Ollie knew that, as Head Ranger, he would eventually have no choice but to apply it. He'd be forced into a position where he'd need to use it — so might as well start now.

[break][break] Tofu lets out a cry as the SKY ATTACK barrels into him. He staggers backwards, feet crushing into a nearby flowerbed before he straightens himself again and glares at the flying beast circling him. His cheeks glow red again, fierce, as another G-MAX VOLT lances around the arena, in an attempt to entrap him.

To be honest, as with most things considering his position, Ollie hadn't thought much about it. He was sure that Eva Morales or illeana reyes could provide more insight on it. He knew that people like Michael Navidson or Josh Devlin cared strongly about it.
