The HYDRAPPLE has a funny way of trudging through the snow. It certainly isn't as fast as Remiel would like, and he figures the cold hardening its sticky syrup isn't helping matters either. Nevertheless, he practices patience.[break][break]

Patrolling ROUTE 115 has been easier as of late, thankfully. It seemed most of the Dragon-types had calmed down despite the resurgence of the indomitable DRACONIC SPIRIT. Or, perhaps, they had simply relocated for the time being.[break][break]

The BAGON dares to try and take a BITE out of Mushu's sticky apple. Instead, it finds itself captured in the Hydrapple's STICKY HOLD. Though it struggles to break free, however, eventually it succumbs to an INFESTATION.[break][break]

Remiel steps forward and drops down to a crouch to carefully remove the Bagona afterward. Rather than try and catch it, he decides to leave it be. It was much too young to be separated from the wilds and its mother, after all.[break][break]

The FLYGON tried to make a good FIRST IMPRESSION with the pair. But, eventually, it gives in to its hunger for the Hydrapple. Just when it tries to take a bite out of it, however, it finds itself SUCKER PUNCHED.[break][break]

If it could have yelped, Remiel was sure it would have. Instead, it makes a strange buzzing before shaking its head and flying off. Remiel recalls the swarm he'd fought off with Diana Cavendish recently, then moves on to keep patrolling the woods.[break][break]

The DRUDDIGON attacks without warning. It had been stalking them from the ridge above, using the woodland trees as cover. When it flings itself off, it reaches for the exiled prince with the same deadly claws it had used to ROCK CLIMB. Thankfully, his Hydrapple is there to intercept with the blast of a SYRUP BOMB.[break][break]

The sticky explosion violently casts the Druddigon from mid-air against a tree. There it struggles to break free, leaving Remiel enough time to reach into his pack for a Luxury Ball. Just as it breaks free, lapping the syrupy mixture off its lips, Remiel casts his throw.[break][break]
