A study of Underboss Fiorelli's bloodwork as a dual-Avatar in DUALITY revealed the following insights to Naomi Sato:

Two Avatarships can peacefully coexist in a single person.
Strains of Infinity Energy for different Avatarships have distinct and unique signatures.
Even if those strains do not mesh well with one another, they can both successfully and seamlessly mesh with the same human biology.
Nothing unique to Elisabeth's biology can be inferred as having invited dual-Avatarship.
It can therefore be hypothesized that any person is capable of receiving more than one Avatarship, should multiple patrons take interest in the same Avatar.
