Seeing as the Avatar had gotten control over her facilities once more, Greyson removes his hold. As his hands lift there's an ever-so noticeable tremor in them. Seeing this, he drops them quickly to his side, fingers coiling into fists as a desperate measure to curb the anxiety and fear.

"Is that really a stretch to believe?" He says in response to her question, stepping back to sit on cot's edge. He folds his hands in-front of him, gaze shifting to the noises that echo from outside of their cage.

"We're not the only ones here." he says after a moment.

Finally, he turns to the Visionary once more.

"Whats the last thing you remember?"

He scoffed at her suggestion that the League could really be behind this, and she had to admit, it was the least likely scenario. She didn't give him the satisfaction of verbally agreeing, however.[break][break]
The scream that sounded next to them jolted her, and for a second, she could swear it sounded familiar. A woman, to be sure. Who were the other captives? And was it always two per cell?[break][break]
"Is it? A comfort?" She wondered aloud, tone more contemplative than accusatory. "I would not wish such a fate on anyone."[break][break]
She meant it. If there was a silver lining, it was that Parker had not been taken with her. It would have made sense for Parker to be spared and Nomi captured - given the Avatarship difference alone - but Greyson's presence complicated that particular theory. They needed more data on the other prisoners. Then, she could try and identify a pattern...[break][break]
His story was similar to hers, which wasn't particularly helpful. His next question, however, was laced with expectation - and she chewed on it, giving it the weight it deserved. Every detail mattered.[break][break]
"Our cell has no door," she began. "Which begs the question: how did our captors get us inside of here? Teleportation is the obvious solution."[break][break]
There were plenty of Pokemon that could accomplish it, to a degree. The Unown were the masters of the craft, which supported the notion that the DRK Triad was behind this. But I would have felt an Unown in our bedroom, she realized, biting her lip.[break][break]
"As for this building, it is circular. I suspect it is some sort of tower. You can see a platform in the middle - like an oversized elevator shaft."[break][break]
She pointed in the direction of the bars lining their cell.[break][break]
"I also see the Megalopolians, patrolling. They wear the same chains we do, Greyson - except, they don't seem deterred by them. Not like we are."

She joined him at the bars. How odd, to follow this man around like a lost puppy. She felt unmoored without the Unown. Disoriented. Greyson had a natural sense of authority to him that was easy to latch onto, lightening the burden of managing her own destiny by just a little.[break][break]
"I am a scientist," she told him, matter-of-fact, though her lips quirked in hidden amusement. "I was an observant person long before I met the Unown."[break][break]
She squinted into the dimly lit circular hallway. She could barely make out faces across the way, but nobody recognizable. The voice she'd heard earlier...she'd seemed familiar, but...[break][break]
"I'm not sure," Nomi sighed. "Should we try talking to our neighbors? See if we can communicate with them?"

"I don't know," he says to her question, eyes closing. It was like turning down the radio in the car when lost; as if the absence of one sense enhanced the rest.
