Bella's eyes lighted up with a slight bit of curiosity, a soft little "oho~?" escaping her as mischief twisted her smile, "trainin', huh? What sorta trainin' were ya up to?" she'd asked curiously, casually waving the spoon she had at the girl with a slight point. While she was curious about what this 'training' was, Bella's curiosity was more than piqued considering the bashful movements of the girl in front of her, this mischief in her eye and the low little laugh she had more appropriate for a creepy old man rather than a girl like Bella.[break][break]

"Exactly! What's fun 'bout life without a good scare, right?" she'd said with a bright smile on her face. Of course, Bella wasn't impervious to fear, brazen and foolish most certainly, but even she freaked out when a situation was sus enough, but that was part of the fun for her.[break][break]

"Haven't gotten ghosted quite yet, at least~" she'd said jokingly, "but, I gotta be responsible, ya know? Can't imagine the sorta trouble I'd get into if you end up getting spooked away instead," Bella had added with a goofy smile.

The teasing only made Thea even more embarrassed, with lips quivering while her face was as red as a tomato. Scratching her nape, Thea averted her eyes, unsure of where to set them before finally meeting Bella's again, pursing her lips and finally giving in: "... I-I was trying to endure the sleeping singing from Gominha..." Her eyes shifted to the Wigglytuff, that was done enjoying her dinner.[break][break]

Whenever Bella was done, Thea would reach her hand to take care of the bowl and the wares. Despite the scary situation they were to get themselves in, and despite the embarrassment Thea just had gone through, a defiant smile grew on her lips. She liked Bella's way to think. "You are right. It makes things more exciting."[break][break]

A brief laugh escaped Thea at Bella's words, and she looked at the girl confidently.[break][break]

"Thanks for being caring. But if we are going together, we are in this together. If anyone wants to spook you away, they will need to get over my dead body for it. And I'm sure you will do the same!" She winked.[break][break]

Despite her teasing nature, Bella had looked to the Wigglytuff she'd been smushing earlier as Thea had explained just what she'd been doing, rather than laugh at the girl, Bella had hummed curiously, "huh, some sorta endurance thing?" she'd tried to deduce the reason for it all, back to being curious for the sake of curiosity rather than playful prodding. There'd been a sense of innocence in her curiosity.[break][break]

Though she'd grinned from ear to ear when Thea had agreed with her notion of life, patting the girl on the back, happy to get comfy and be casual with the girl, "Haha, that's the spirit! But yeah nah, let's try not to die~ as cool as it would be to see a ghost, I's gotta be respectable, ya know." She'd said with a smile, still rather cheerful yet seeming to most certainly want to avoid getting Thea into an accident—both out of genuine care for her newfound acquaintance, and because she didn't even want to think about how much trouble she'd get in if something did happen to Thea.
