I don't think so; but I'm not much a scientist, myself. Makoto responded to Mille's ponderings over the Illumina pokemon.

And as far as the question of surveillance went... I don't know if I want to think about that, honestly. They admitted to dem; they had enough on their plate as is. Having to worry about some otherworldly spy would just be the cherry on top, wouldn't it.

But, those lines of conversation would come to a stop with the change in scenario. The deific horror tears through the ship as it clashes against Erebus and Mille's Metagross; it is a fight that will have no true victors, in the end.

Because even as they eventually are able to drive off the thing, the ship is left in a state of ruins. Electronics are left on the fritz, something explodes elsewhere in the ship as a result of the extensive damages dealt...

... This ship isn't going anywhere, anymore. Makoto observes, unable to help their heart skipping a beat with a sudden pang of anxiety. They didn't like this train of thought. They were ready to leave the simulation, frankly.

Why did they keep having to face horrors beyond their comprehension in these scenarios..???

What do you do? Mille asks with curiosity, as dee has never worked with Makoto before - maybe there would be chances once they escaped this cosmic horror of a simulation. Part of dem is fascinated and intrigued by the particularity of the scenarios, while another part is simply scared out of der wits.

Der pokémon at least seem to work on autopilot, doing their damnest to follow the instructions and not think too much about what exactly they're fascing - which is good, since Mille is close to shutting down demself. The flashing lights and shaking vessel are enough to trigger some sensory issues with no place to escape ... gladly, der Metagross floats nearby, scoops dem up and psychically links with dem.

And as it finally ends, Mille nods in response to Makoto's text.

We should be able to leave before ... I think.

Last dee knows, simulating near-death or even death proper is not part of the simulation package.
