And it wasn't just Gordo! When Andrea threw out her Pokeballs, Genny's hazel eyes lit up and took them all in. From the red Gyarados, to her own Salamence, the clumsiest Dracovish, an Exeggutor that reminded her of home, and Jalapeno.[break][break]

The level of motherly care Andrea gave to that little gator, changing his typing so he could enjoy the water, had Genny smile wider.[break][break]

She couldn't let Andrea take all the fun! Pulling out her other five Pokeballs, from somewhere, she tosses the rest out, Gordo's eyes widening as he jumps in place towards Pon, pointing out. More friends! More friends! And as he turns into a ball, he excitedly goes around Pon in a ROLLOUT circle, never to kick water at her, never to aim at her. He wanted to let her know how excited he was![break][break]

Genny had definitely packed smaller, especially when the Sligoo was the tallest Pokemon of the bunch here. Beachboy sat bouncing, and edging towards the water where Andrea's Dracovish moved, with Dandy and Speedy quietly zipping closer themselves. Keanu took a spot on Genny's shoulder, with Blue hiding behind her legs at the big new scary intimidating Pokemon. With love and care, Genny picked up her Mudkip, and let her other Pokemon play, Dandy and Speedy coming to greet Pon too. More small friends![break][break]

"You inspire me."[break][break]

Genny calls out towards Andrea, a sweet smile on her lips, both hands behind her back as she speaks. "I hope I can inspire you too." She doesn't wait, as Keanu gives a Pikachu howdy-hello to Andrea, and Blue gives Andrea a few pops from her small Mudkip mouth.[break][break]

Revenge has no place here.

Another giggle escaped Pon’s lips, as she tried to copy Gordo’s ball form. The playful Oni encased herself in a cocoon made of ivy and thorns--a repurposed Spiky Shield--and started bouncing up and down.

Watching this gave Andrea an idea, but before she could follow through, she was blindsided by Genny’s words. “I inspire you? What do you mean? Do you wanna become a Pokémon too?” She asked, clearly misunderstanding what her fellow redhead was trying to say.

Welp, they could get that misunderstanding sorted out later. There was a plan to put into motion. The eccentric girl smiled impishly. “Let’s try something, it’ll be fun! Hop onto Whiskers’ back with me.”

Whiskers was the name of her Gyarados. Without bothering to explain the plan, Andrea began climbing the sea serpent’s red-scaled body, offering a hand to help Genny up as well.

That's the spirit! Gordo's shades drop towards the bridge of his snoot, and as he watches the Oni roll too, the duo began to speed around. And joining them in the water now, the speedy little Shellos, Speedy, literally trying to tuck and roll, only to realize his gelantanous form did not bend like that... and began bobbing his head towards the duo, while Dandy merely bounces above them.[break][break]

Genny can't help but giggle, a hand towards her lips as she laughs. It's not meant in a condescending way, it's meant endearing. "Oh no, not like-" But the misunderstanding has Andrea give her an impish smile, and Genny realizes a few moments later that perhaps going along with it gave the wrong impression. When offered a hand up onto Whiskers' back, Beachboy watched as Genny, now with Blue on one shoulder, and Keanu on the other, took Andrea's hand, a sheepish look given to her taller redhead friend.[break][break]

"What did you have in mind?" Genny asks, pulling herself up onto the red Gyarados, petting the scaled water dragon with a hand.[break][break]

Keanu and Blue stared to each other. Concern from the Mudkip, curiosity from the Pikachu. What did the Dragoness have planned in that head of hers?

While Pon, Gordo, Speedy and Dandy bonded, Jalapeño gleefully splish-splashed in the shallow waters, his majestic Tera Crown shimmering like a sapphire. Curious of Beachboy’s shell, the little crocodile moved closer, wanting to say hi.

Soon, the two women had made it on top of the leviathan’s back. “Hold on tightly!” Andrea warned Genny, latching onto one of the fins. Keanu and Blue had better hold onto something too. “Whiskers, Bounce!”

With a roar, the scarlet dragoness ascended to the skies, where she remained floating thanks to her Flying typing. The dragon maiden’s grin widened. “Do you trust me?” She asked, grabbing the ranger’s hand.

And then, with no further warning, she jumped off the Gyarados’ back and into the water several feet below them.

“CANNONBAAAAAAALL!!!”

Beachboy's mouth goes agape, as he sees Jalapeño approach. And in that majestic crown, BB bows towards the Fuecoco, and lets his shell be shown off, while Pon, Gordo, Speedy, and Dandy enjoy some bonding.[break][break]

As the bounce throws them into the skies, Genny's eyes widen. A moment of trauma from the past harms her, as she recalls the skies, the Rockets that she's fought here, namely one she feared (jayden cross) most of all. She shakes, shivering much more than she ever thought she would. She shouldn't be afraid of the sky, but it was there she lost Pet Shop. How she survived was anyone's guess.[break][break]

Andrea's hand was like serenity. Genny's heart stopped beating erratically, and calmed as she looked to her taller friend, the dragon maiden readying herself, as she asked if Genny trusted her. Blue wasn't ready, and Keanu just watched on.[break][break]

"Absol-"[break][break]

Jump. "-UTELYYYYYYY!" She tumbles hearing Andrea call out for a cannonball, and Genny feels the world slow down. Her smile wide, she curls into a cannonball with her friend.[break][break]

"CANNONBAAAAAAAALL!"[break][break]

Splash.[break][break]

The moment Genny breaks the surface, Blue also having jumped, the redhead begins to laugh, giggling higher than before.[break][break]

Nothing to fear. No need for revenge. This was serenity.

Like actual cannonballs hitting the ocean’s surface, their curled up bodies plummeted several feet below sea level. Swimming back up, Andrea’s head emerged from the deep waters, whipping her wet hair almost like a mermaid. Whiskers descended as well with a gigantic Splash that doused the two girlies in even more water.

Exhilarated, the young dragoness joined Genny in her giggling, which grew louder on her part; a healing kind of laughter that dispelled all the pain, hurt, and worries about the future. A rambunctious celebration of being alive and having a friend to treasure this moment with.
[break][break]
“Whew, that was fun!” The trainer of dragons exhaled, whipping a tear from her eye. Her Gyarados brought its gargantuan head closer, lips curving into something resembling a smile. “You’re awesome, Whiskers! Mwah~!” Andrea gave the giant sea snake a wholesome kiss on the cheek.

And then Whiskers lands. And Genny's laughter got louder after a quick, not-terrified nor panicked scream, as she resurfaces, her laughter gets louder, as she laughs from nearby, Blue and Keanu, now resurfacing themselves, Keanu laughing with Genny, while Blue finally lets loose. As Genny wipes her eyes, and sees her friend, she can't help but grin wider.[break][break]

Andrea truly was just amazing. The kiss to Whiskers is all too adorable, as she swims closer towards the Gyarados. If the Gyarados allowed it, they'd receive another kiss to the opposite cheek. "That's one from me too." Blue and Keanu merely attach to Genny's sides, like floatation devices.[break][break]

She turns to Andrea.[break][break]

"I'm glad we came."[break][break]

Genny would likely never lose her trust in Andrea now. The Dragoness had a friend for life.
