Slateport was nothing new to Genny, but the reason they were here, was the Paradise Resort itself. The resort was somewhere that Genny never thought she'd have the money for, but she was able to afford a few of the tickets with enough money left over for the tourist trap it was.[break][break] Paradise Resort definitely lived up to its name, as Genevieve felt rather small within the lobby itself. Spinning around to look at everything, it almost seemed too rich for her blood. And perhaps it would have been when she first moved in. But the year was definitely kind with bonuses, and the like. And maybe, just maybe, she could take DESIREE BLOOMS's advice finally, and just... breathe.[break][break] "Wow..." she felt like a kid in a candy store. Had this not been a girls-only kinda trip, she'd have pulled Isaac Merlo by the arm. But with her phone out, she would take picture after picture. Was she too worried about her hair? The other part of her tried to perk up her chest.[break][break] It doesn't take long for Genny to set eyes on Andrea Vaneau, as she's mid-shot, and Genny's quick to put the phone away, and rush up. Tiny as Genny was, she was still a ball of sunshine. "Andrea! And-" That beast from the prison! And the simulation! Ogrepon, right? "Your newest friend!" she pipes up, leaning down to smile at them. Genny remembers from their simulation run. Genny had defended Andrea's plea for Ogrepon to listen, throwing herself to the masked being's well being, even risking her life.[break][break] Beneath Genny, the sunglasses touting green Sandshrew shoots Andrea fingerguns. Gordo was ecstatic. That was his aunt, right there. Auntie Andrea. Hundy percent.[break][break] "This place is amazing, huh?" she muses, another companion on her shoulder, the slug named Speedy, the Shellos chiming with a pair of sunglasses himself, bouncing to and fro. Elise had sent a little text on her smartphone to her beloved boyfriend, Cadeyrn Osmond , that he doesn’t have to worry much on her safety and she’ll be safer with her girl friends.[break][break] To: Cadeyrn Osmond [break][break] I will be spending some time with my friends at the summer resort. Wish you can come there next time with me. I love you, my darling. Take care of yourself while I’m on vacation. [break][break] Diamant wanted to come, so he’ll say hello to his little sister when he can. Once her text is sent and she puts away her smartphone into her purse, Elise finally sees the summer resort come into her view. Charles floats besides her with wearing a sun hat over his bulbous crown and sunglasses. A disguise that people would think it a bit silly, but Elise herself thinks it’s really cute.[break][break] And the presence of two of her friends there gets a smile onto the ambassador’s face. “Andrea! Genny! It’s so nice to see you two again after our time in that penitentiary.” She greets the two orange-haired young ladies while the Calyrex shard floats up to meet with the other ladies and their Pokemon. "And hello to you too, Pon and Gordo." She'd greet the Ogerpon and the shiny green Sandshrew beside Andrea and Genny too.[break][break] She’ll look towards the small prince. “Are your sunglasses and hat okay?” While she fusses a little over the Calyrex’s garments, he responds with a little peeved “Cro-rown…” as if the small princely hare was thinking that Elise was acting like a fussy, insistent mother to him. Yuina.[break][break] Nevermind that last summer wasn't very eventful for her given her own circumstances, this time around she was familiar with where she was, familiar with how things worked, and had friends that she could spend some summer days with... She could pretend, for just a little bit, that she had this and nothing else, right?[break][break] Walking towards the enormous, glamorous, and beautiful lobby area of the resort, Yuina could already see the small grouping of friends that had made their arrival. And more to arrive, as their wonderful group of girlies still continued to grow, supporting of each other and blossoming together. Gordo adored Andrea, and while they had known each other for very little, Gordo would move closer to give her a hug, as Genny smiles.[break][break] "It's been too long! I'm glad to see you're doing well!" Genny's lips curl upwards again, and while she felt excitement to see Andrea, this vacay was going to let them all just relax together! Finally![break][break] It's not long until Elise Calcifet comes in, rather punctual no less, as the Sandshrew twirls around to wave, Genny standing so short with the girlies around. But even so, she makes the greeting. "Elise! You made it!" Genny's exuberance is on full display, the ambassador looking absolutely precious. Divine and regal to boot.[break][break] It's not long before DESIREE BLOOMS and Yuina Higashi enter back to back, Genny moving to hug Desiree the moment she got close. "Desi! So glad you could make it!" After the hug, Gordo would get the kiss on the cheek, and the blush on Gordo's face was evident. So many pretty ladies here, and Gordo, tiny as he was, got the love and adoration of all of them, and Speedy, well... that little Shellos nodded. A total vibe. Yuina too entered in, seemingly bewildered by the beautiful scenery and locale, and Genny can't help but agree. "Yuina!" Genny's face softens. A recent talk in Petalburg between them had her beam at the brunette, a wave of her hand, and soon a pull-in for a hug.[break][break] She's so comfy right now. The Girlygang was almost here. Save for...[break][break] "I think Shalin Nariya, marilee beaufort, and luka chêne are the only ones left to arrive! I know Luka's been away, but the invitation was still sent out." she beams to the crowd, before turning on her heel, Gordo following while Speedy bounces on her shoulder. When Genny spins around, arms outstretched, and looking over the resort lobby, she looks over everyone. "There's so much to do here! And this week, is all for us! So let's kick back, just a little!"[break][break] It might counterintuitive to how Genny approached Desi earlier... but there was a reason.[break][break] In a short, short while... they may never get to see each other ever again. This was it. The war was coming, and having one good, final memory for any of them... Genny would live her heart out here, and now. Because when Rocket comes, she will answer. Not long after Genevieve Cromwell brought up Shalin's name, the girls would be able to hear the sound of buzzing wings. Two flying silhouettes, one green and one black, hid in the sun, difficult to identify from a distance. Once they got close enough, though, they would be easy to recognize: the green one was a Flygon, Infinity Energy surrounding it. The Infinity Energy of a SYGNA SUIT. And only one person in Hoenn used a Flygon so well as to perfect the Sygna bond: Shalin Nariya .
