If silverio delfino was observing the Captain, he would be able to see her for the first few wingbeats as the Shiny Beedrill got her wings warmed in. Once they started to buzz, attracting the attention of a Swalot and Floragato, she became a streak of light atop the wing, its brightness getting progressively more intense as the buzzing noise grew in pitch. The vibrations quickly dulled Shalin's sense of touch, the wind they produced in their wake uprooting grass and even causing trees to sway. She was wholly unaware of how much her squinting Flygon was sweating until she felt a great heat from above her back.

With the Crystalbloom of her suit overheating, she knew it was time to stop the exercise. Her vision would return to a wild Floragato applauding her on her incredible feat, as well as a brown-haired young man she weakly waved to once she had regained enough feeling in her arms to let go of the now-still wing.

Shalin huffed for a few moments to catch her breath after being hurled about invisibly fast, the Flygon powering her SYGNA SUIT landing next to her and catching her breath, as well. She didn't appear terrified; if anything, it was the opposite. She seemed to have had the time of her life atop the Beedrill's wing, despite how much it wore her out. She waved toward Silverio to acknowledge his presence while she was recovering.

Once she was able to resume normal breathing again, the Captain greeted him. "Thanks!" she chirped. "It's part of what a Sygna Suit can do! Have you seen one before?"

The source of a Sygna Suit's power was not just the technology needed to make it, but the bond between its wearer and the synced Pokémon reaching unfathomable heights. "The materials to craft one are rare and expensive, but that's only half of the equation," Shalin explained. "You also need a Pokémon that you understand on a level unlike any of your others. When you wear a Sygna Suit and sync with your Pokémon, you trade a sliver of your humanity for a sliver of what it's like to be a Pokémon. In other words, each of you becomes part of the other. That's how I can do what I just did."

It was an overly simplified explanation, though even Shalin didn't understand the inner workings of them. She and illeana reyes had worked together several times with the Captain and her suit, the scientist bearing witness to the fierce vibrations the Flygon could rock her with. Vibrations the Captain would soon use to tear Rockets and their Pokémon to shreds. "I don't really understand the inner workings of the suit," she answered Silverio. "All I know is what I can and can't do with mine."

"That's exactly it," Shalin confirmed. "Every Sygna Suit is unique. Two Sygna Suits, synced to the same kind of Pokémon, can have totally different capabilities." She giggled at the compliments Silverio showered her with. "Thanks! Without the suit, the vibrations would, of course, rip me apart."

Shalin covered her mouth as her Flygon buzzed loudly to chase away a pair of wild bug Pokémon got a bit too close for their tastes. "Oh, I got so carried away that I forgot to introduce myself! Captain Shalin Nariya, Petalburg."
