Will Hoenn ever be able to recover for this disaster? It is a question that Airi finds herself pondering more than she would like to admit. The mocha-haired beauty would be lying if she said that she is not still a little shaken up about the previous events that happened in the region. She felt terrible that she was not able to defeat Petalburg City from the hands of Team Rocket. At least she was able to provide some medical assistance to those in need, even if it meant putting her own life in danger. There was a blonde-haired trainer in particular that she felt the need to protect at all costs. Despite the two of them butting heads at first, the two of them were able to work together to fend off a member of Team Rocket before the airstrike and earthquake happened around them. If the airstrike and earthquake were not enough, the two of them found themselves working together in hopes of evacuating from Petalburg City in order to make their way towards Littleroot Town before becoming attacked by an eerie, oversized pheasant. The legendary Pokémon caused them a lot of trouble, but at the end of the day, two of them were able to survive another day with the assistance of other trainers, too.

Airi had to decide to make another quick trip and try to check in on him before making her way back to Rustboro City. Luckily, Aaron's Pokémon seem to remember her and did not put up a fuss with granting her access inside of the room. She entered the room with a small bouquet of fresh flowers. Her soft azure eyes soon made eye contact with another blonde-haired male. Aaron's older brother, maybe? The two of them are almost a splitting image of each other, with one looking slightly older than the other. "Oh, I'm sorry. I hope I am not interrupting anything. I... Uh, I just wanted to check in on Aaron one more time before heading back. My name is Airi," she spoke, greeting him with a gentle smile curled against her lips.

Airi smiled and nodded her head at Keenan's words. She was right. He is an older brother to Aaron. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Keenan." She said with a small bow of her head before walking over to table not too far away from Aaron to place the flowers. Perhaps, she should have purchased a cake to give to his family? Desserts have a positive way of making others feel better. She turned her body around just in time to see the adorable grass-type not too far away from Keenan. "Cute," she giggled. Her giggles soon faded away after hearing his abrasive question. "I, um... I am a Ranger. Ace and I fought against a Team Rocket together. We also fought about a legendary Pokémon, together, too... I fought hard to protect him as much as possible," she added with a soft smile. "But, umm... I guess I should get going," she added. She did not want to see like a bother to Aaron nor his family.

Airi's footsteps came to a halt the moment her sensitive ears picked up the sound of someone crashing down against the floor. She quickly jerked her body around to take notice of the current predicament. Luckily, he was able to quicken himself up rather smoothly without requiring any assistance from anyone else. "Oh my! Are you okay?" She questioned, carefully walking over towards him. Her deep blue eyes slowly performed a careful examination of his visible body parts. She did not notice anything too uncommon. "And, no... I can stay for a little bit longer, if that's what you would really like for me to do," she added, flashing him with another warm and friendly smile.

She found herself taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs before she felt someone or something climbing on top of her head. She gently patches her head to get a feel of the grass-type nesting on her bed of chocolate brown hair. A couple of soft giggles escaped from her head as she lowered her hands back down to her sides, then shifted her attention towards Kee. Airi nodded her head at the blonde's words. She still found it hard to accept the fact that she felt somewhat like failure, but Kee's words are honest and sincere. He is right. She did her best. "Unfortunately, I do not remember its name. It was my first time ever encountering it. It was a large bird... Mostly, black, white, and bronze feathers with a magenta beak and long eyelashes. It is beautiful, majestic, and dangerous..." She informed him, hoping Kee will find her description of the bird to be helpful.
