There it is. Fenelle grins as the ping goes through correctly with the first mark, and the most favourable mark as dee already has conversed with him a little bit, so dee could probably read his body language better than a total stranger's. He also might not have too many pokémon at hand, making it an easier circumstance altogether ... but for now, there's a role to play.

A green-haired young adult comes from the pathway towards the data centre, accompanied by a floating Rotom tablet. A young adult that hurries up as they see another person in the distance just about to enter. "Ah, hello there!" they energetically sign, "Good thing I'm not the dead last person ... I'm Damnien, it's my first day! So sorry, I'm a bit nervous- are you also working on data transfer and management?" The Rotom sounds chipper which is not its usual cadence, but frankly, it enjoys it a bit, as Damien signs with gusto and big movements.

It's almost too easy how the other doesn't seem to suspect a thing, but Fenelle's better than to question it when it's obvious Xuying doesn't really seem to care. So it's go with the flow time, so they nod with a relieved smile at Xuying Zhou's reassuring words.

"Thanks so much! It's really a bit nervewrecking all, I appreciate it a looot," the Rotom translates the chipper signing in similiar fashion, and they nod again. "You look distracted - did you hear anything? Is there's a battle right now?" they ask, showing signs of nervosity as they look around and gesture for their Rotom to change the display to soundwaves, seeing if there's anything out of the ordinary ... but the Rotom itself also shakes its head. "So we better get going fast, huh?" they hurry, taking one step forward- and then backwards again, realising that they do not know where to go.

(Fenelle does know, of course, but it can't show. Contrary to the current act, there's not really a moment of self-doubt that lingers with dem, their loyalty as ever firmly with Rocket. A confidence that can't be shaken ... just yet, anyway.)

Damien nods empathically at Xuying's remarks about Hoenn being exceptionally strange. "Right? I haven't been to the region for too long and it's already going well over my head. But I'm glad to play my part here," dee signs with a grin that is only fake - a front to the anxiety and nervousity this young lad feels. (And, perhaps, a double meaning.)

However, the question about where dee needs to go makes der confidence waver for a moment- have they been discovered? But there's been no prior indication for that, so it should be ... still, there's a moment of pause as dee collects demself again, replying a heartbeat too late, "Oh, really? I need to do that, too! But I wasn't told that there'd be two of us," dee says, but shrugs, "But hey, should get the work done more quickly if we tag-team for that."

And once in the database room and with Rotom inside of it ... it would be showtime.

It's almost too easy. Damien follows the other with a nod, chipper as before and perhaps even with more bounce in their steps. ""Don't worry, I'll be - well, as quiet as I can be." It's hard to remember sometimes what makes noise and what not, though it won't really matter for long ... They signal for their Rotom to enter the system, they enter the passcodes they've figured out before ... but doing things remotely is so tedious, and indeed. It's way faster this way.

But, Fenelle might've underestimated the League's security a tad bit. As the download's almost finished, another passcode is required - and this time, there's a notification showing up on every screen, too, notifying everyone with eyes (and possibly ears, dee isn't sure about audio cues) that someone's trying to download a massive amount of data. Clicking der tongue, dee hits the computer to eject the Rotom back into der wristwatch as dee whips around towards the other in the room.

Time to take care of everyone, apparently.

The pokéball in der hand is well-used, with scratches all over it. Some of them seem to be made by claws - as if the pokémon itself might have held and regarded this ball multiple times. And multiple times, it came to the same conclusion. Dee tosses the pokéball with force to place the Grimmsnarl right in-between dem and the three pokémon of the other - good choices, though that's perhaps the only compliment dee could spare right now. After a second of thinking, dee also pulls back der sleeve to activate the Mega-Accessory, powering up der Grimmsnarl. Without command, the Grimmsnarl lunges forward with Bite at the Metagross.

"Well, guess." A robotic voice coming from der wristwatch - now monotone once more, a stark difference compared to the chipperness from before.

Red flashing lights bathe the room as the alarm system's visual components also kick in - something dee never quite understood, frankly, as the lack of readability can only hurt everyone involved. It's not the only red involved, however, as the Grimmsnarl successfully manages to Bite the trainer, drawing blood, before being thrown off by the Metagross and the Iron Defense.

The Grimmsnarl hisses, snarls as he gets ready to attack once more. However, the beginnings of this attack, what Rotom tells dem what now comes. It feels like another callback as Fenelle is thrown back, thrown back to Mossdeep City, fighting against ollie morales and PENELOPE LIVY, but now oddly switched into their role. Coming to face with a Metagross while der own is still unstable, and frankly, as unstable as its trainer might be at times. It makes dem grimace, too, as dee calls for another pokémon - Orthworm. The pokémon tanks the Meteor Mash, though it wouldn't be conscious after any other one, before lunging forward with Iron Tail at the Metagross, while the Grimmsnarl gathers dark pink energy for a Spirit Break, hurling at the Metagross also.

Perhaps, a twisted form of revenge. One that not even dee quite understood, but there's a flare of rage as dee sees the other Metagross working the same attack ... as one would. There's nothing rational about that, but gladly, there's still rationality left as dee wants to make way to escape while der pokémon occupy the other.

Fenelle feels demself calming down slightly after the Metagross goes down, though it also made them realise that this shit's deeper than dee thought. Dee probably should do something about that ... most definitely do something about that. It's odd for dem to think that dee would really rather not go on without this pokémon in der team ... (And how Fenelle's just the most concerned about a pokémon currently not even present.)

Dee should probably focus more on the present, however, as the other seems to be onto something. Something that dee realises just a moment too late. Given the Mega-Grimmsnarl's mass of hair, it's kind of everywhere - and while hair doesn't really conduct all that well, it's there. There's so much surface area that Fenelle almost feels demself being fried, only eased up by the Grimmsnarl using Stomping Tantrum to bring down a wall, as well as the Orthworm using Iron Tail to help with that endeavour before both of them disappear in flashes of red.

Red like the burned patches of Fenelle's skin after that experience. Dee stares at the other through a frown. "Now it's really personal."

But unfortunately, the world has other plans. Other Leaguers now also appear with the entire commotion of their battle, and it's really not too hard to figure out who's ... actually, dee could've used it, but dee doesn't feel like hiding anymore. With the damage to the servers already done, there's just out. The Rotom zaps out of the wristwatch as Fenelle books it through the small gathering of confused Leaguers, calling also for Bronzong and Greninja to bring up the rear.

Rotom ignores the other, shinier version of its kin, and instead opts to Thunder Shock the Porygon-Z while Greninja distributes Toxic Spikes in their wake. Bronzong meanwhile uses Gravity, pinning everyone down in its immediate surroundings.
