information floods her quickly as they load into the scenario. after all this time, it's still a jarring experience, and she blinks through the light spots dancing in her vision. assured that yuina has made it in just fine, she turns her attention to their surroundings and the scenario presented to them.

in another, kinder lifetime, she'd make a secret base with Roy Aker and ALEXANDER STONE.

her bowsword hadn't loaded in with her. it never does. so she doesn't lean towards the attack option. "greet them?" freya asks her companion. "might learn more that way too."

Depending on your characters' mental state or imagination, your guests may be friendly Pokemon or simulated representations of people they know. Hosting them is a pleasure, although it is an odd experience to be experiencing in the mundanity of everyday life in a simulation.[break][break]

However, sometimes your visitors may be hostile doppelgangers. They trip over themselves as they charge for you. Should they get their hands on you, their bodies seemingly meld into yours, fingers digging into your faces as if to overwrite you.

the way opens. freya squints. shafts of light behind their newcomers' backs make it hard to see any defining features. but when they're no longer eclipsed, her blood runs cold.

a perfection vision of her walks methodically from the entryway, eyes boring into her own. another yuina is beside her in perfect stride and freya's hands twitch for a weapon that isn't there.

There's little that one can do to be prepared to watch themselves and watch their likeness when it is not attached to them or of their own thoughts. It's not a recording, or even a vision, the two figures walking in through the open entrance were as if entirely seperate people were entering a new space. It was unnerving. She hated herself most days anyway, and to see herself in front of her, Yuina felt a particular pang of violence that almost wanted to reach out for her own visage...[break][break]
But the simulation gave way to their next scenario.
