Stormy had felt an urge to wander New Mauville, maybe because she'd had an urge to go visit cait alfric and happened to get distracted on the way. Regardless, she kept her Arcanine out of his pokeball and by her side, one hand buried in his thick fur because, for whatever reason, the place was crawling with super aggressive wild Pokemon.[break][break]

Perhaps it made sense, they might be angry with the development in the city and were lashing out due to lack of territory. Regardless, Stormy had made it her mission to get through the city in one piece. It wouldn't be very pleasant if she showed on on Cait's front doorstep in pieces.

A Pikachu comes at her, rabid in nature. Stormy twists her body to narrowly avoid her throat being torn out, and Arcanine instead snags it by it's tail on the electric mouse's descent. Stormy holds a hand to her chest, rattled, before nodding for her Arcanine to thrash the poor bastard.[break][break]

"Don't kill it though. We're taking it with us."[break][break]

Stormy would scowl at the thing as it fills Arcanine's mouth with an electro ball[break][break]

It chars the inside of his mouth and he cries out, but the flamethrower between his teeth is too much for the tiny mouse to withstand. It falls limp in his jaws and Stormy presses a pokeball to its head.[break][break]

"Stay alert, boy. There's more where that came from."[break][break]
