The Gloom was able to be pacified, and he caught it soon after. He hadn't raised one of its kind before, but now was a good enough start, he supposed. But when Orion spoke up, he frowned. Completely under Rocket control? Was it really that bad off? They had been a problem when he had been there last, but... That was just so hard to believe. It was good to know that Hoenn was okay, but... The thought disturbed him. What were the International Police and Rangers doing out there in Kanto? For a moment, his long frown betrayed just how old his experiences had made him feel. Just how much he had been through.

"I've been gone longer than I thought."

It bothered him that there was little he could do. His assignment was in Hoenn now. The old hand let out a resigned sigh as he watched the Pokeball disappear. He turned to Orion. His expression had completely changed. Completely serious, all business.

"If the Rangers need a hand, don't hesitate to call on me. I may not be able to do anything in Kanto, but the least I can do is help continue to make sure that things are safe here."
