Valerio’s disguise was subtler than usual: a pair of sunglasses covering his golden eyes, a fedora shadowing his chiseled features. There was precaution with every step, every pace he made as he traversed the city’s upper district.

The rocket member heard of the glory days they had in the city, but were long gone with the death of Silas. Careful but not obvious—the man explored every corner of the streets with his drakloak, Darty.

The hunt for the best takoyaki in town begins!

The bunnelby which has been following them for food proved to be a nuisance. With a nod to his partner, Valerio was assured the dragapult got the hint. ”Hit it hard.”

Darty and Valerio are masters of combo moves. They had been doing this ever since he was just a dreepy. As they made a sharp turn into a dark corner where the bunny continued following them, the dragon swoop towards the sky as the wild pokémon wondered where the man’s companion went.

As usual, he began with the classic THUNDER WAVE introduction. The beam was successful in paralyzing the normal-type, before dragapult used a duo of DRAGON DARTS and DRAGON PULSE, knocking out the poor bunnelby in an instant.

“I say the bunny finally learned its lesson.” The rocket guffawed.



DARTY (DRAGAPULT) uses THUNDER WAVE-DRAGON DARTS-DRAGON PULSE combo.

 From the far end of the alley, a vigoroth stood looking at the flair of the rocket pair with their spectacular display of tricks. Completely in awe and marvel, the monkey clapped as Valerio and his drampa went on, the man offering the wild one with a fist bump as he returned to the crowd in sesrch of food.

 The man from behind the counter was busy juggling his squeezer bottles—a demonstration of his live cooking skills amidst the growing number of people by his food stall. As a one man team, he needed to be fast in putting more batter to his takoyaki or else the veggies will be burnt. And if distractions would keep from letting the man do his job, Valerio would not have his desired takoyaki.

“Oh, no, no, no!” The man exclaimed, hid attention caught by the wimpod approaching his chest of vegetables. “I got this!” Valerio volunteered, as he brought his dragapult towards where it was sneaking.

The THUNDER WAVE was enough to immobilize it. Valerio then threw a pokéball to finally incapacitate his prey.



DARTY (DRAGAPULT) uses THUNDER WAVE.
VALERIO throws POKÉBALL (CATCH).
