Samuel put a hand up between himself and the offer of cigarettes, he doesn’t smoke. And while Marcel sat in the van Samuel stood outside of it, resting his back up on one of the back corners. Much like the other Rocket, his eyes were watching the alleyway, waiting for any sign of their client.

Marcel’s warning of tardiness made the blonde scoff.

”Wonderful.” He’d yawn, stretching his arms as he moved off of the van.

”Back in the day you’d get a late charge for pulling a stunt like this. Or lose the deal completely.” These guys should be grateful Samuel and Marcel have stuck around for as long as they have.

but given the location, it's not long before wild pokemon begin to stir. marcel reluctantly stands up, closing the van doors behind him; his kadabdra summons a REFLECT around them.

"i'll give them ten minutes..." he says as the wild pokemon press on. there was only so long he was willing to fend them off for.

”Well let’s hope they appreciate this special treatment you’re giving them.” Samuel shook his head, tossing a Pokéball into the air. The action released the Pokémon inside, his Doublade.

”At least we can get something out of this.” He thought aloud, giving a head nod in the direction of the Carvanha.

This signaled the ghost Pokémon to attack, flying towards the fish Pokémon and striking with a SACRED SWORD attack. He’d then throw an empty Pokéball at the injured water/dark type to capture it. As for their other bigger friend, Swampert made quick work of it after Samuel released it.

his sylveon steps forward at the appearance of two new pokemon. a HYPER VOICE hits both her opponents, but it's the pangoro she's focused on. following up with a DRAINING KISS, marcel quickly throws a pokeball before the last of it's health can be drained.

Another pair of wild Pokémon to take care of, one of which Sam had interest in. After Marcel’s Slyveon had done some damage Sam’s Doublade moved in to pick off the other dark type.

A simple SACRED SWORD was enough to take it down. With another toss of an empty capsule, Samuel would go to capture his second Pokémon on this excursion.

”Think of it more like a surcharge for our excellent service.”

Samuel returned his two Pokémon at the sight of the two Poison-types, deciding to let his own Kadabra do some work this time. ”This might seem a bit random but since we have time to kill I figure why not ask.” As he speaks Samuel points towards the nidoran that appeared, signaling for his Kadabra to take care of it.

” But that job about the tree, how well did that go? And I mean more specifically on the inside, did the operation run smoothly? I know that we destroyed the tree.” He’d ask. The two poison-types were easy to deal with so there were no problems but Samuel decided he’d try and capture the Seviper.

Thinking about the video in question made Samuel laugh, Marcel’s statement was just too true. ”It almost seems like they might have made it too easy!” It was amazing how spectacular that operation went for Rocket.

Samuel also helped deal with the wild Pokémon that appeared. Neither of them interested him so it was best that the fled or made to flee.

”Got to wonder what was going on through their heads to make such a mess of it. With that many big-league players being the vicinity you’d think they’d be able to do more.” He added.

”A tree with the capability of bringing those dead back to the living. Unfortunate that it landed in the wrong hands and had to be dealt with.”
