The Excadrill should have remained underground.

Instead of attempting to dive back down inside it, however, the mole stood its ground as the Hydreigon came charging at it in full snarl. It raised a single arm and tried to strike down with a Crush Claw. But, when it descended to attempt and fell the three-headed dragon, it was smacked away by one of its heads.

What followed was a vicious and violent OUTRAGE that nary gave the Excadrill a chance to fight back or escape. Remiel sighed and watched as it was torn apart, the parts of its anatomy that were hard as iron ignored in favor of its flesh. A sanguine mist hung in the air around the dragon when the deed was done. They moved on afterwards.

The Jangmo-o scrambled out from the inside of a collapsed, hollow tree. It had attempted to use the log as cover, but had nearly been plucked out of it and eaten by one of Hesperides' vicious heads. As the chase continued through the moonlit forest, the Hydreigon's snarls and shrieks echoed throughout. Even Remiel had a hard time keeping pace as he ran to catch up behind them. He was physically fit, and had conditioned his endurance to nearly rival that of a professional athlete, but the persistence to escape and hunt was equally as powerful in the pair of dragons. It would soon, however, end.

Running into an open clearing was perhaps the worst mistake the Jangmo-o could have made. It gave Hesperides a clear shot to accurately deliver a powerful HYPER VOICE from afar. Extending its arms and firing from all of its mouths, the concussive blast violently shook the trees in its path before exploding out onto the clearing and blasting away the small pup. If Hesperides had wanted to eat it, however, it had failed spectacularly.

The Jangmo-o was now nowhere to be found.

He'd managed to convince the Hydreigon he was a friend. But, more importantly, he'd managed to convince it he was master. After an impromptu, but very necessary, bout with Blackjaw, the Hydreigon became far more agreeable than it had been prior. It followed Remiel to the lake, where the black-haired royal expected it to take a drink of water and wash the blood away from its mouths. When it bent down to do so, however, said water turned a vivid purple.

Then, in a wild commotion of movement and a vast splash of water, Hesperides was struck by a Poison Tail from a Dragalge that had emerged from the deep. It seemed offended that the vicious dragon had come to drink water in its territory. But, more than that, it was aggressive and unyielding. Even as the Hydreigon in question retaliated with an unforgiving Dragon Pulse at point-blank range. The Hydreigon was lifted out of the water with a mouth clamped down on each arm of it, then flung into the bushes nearby after.

When it angrily arose once more and prepared a Dragon Pulse of its own, however, Remiel cut the attack short when he cast a luxury ball at it.
