"Sakuramochi no, we're not....please stop.." Mochi requested of the pokemon, feeling somewhat deflated and a great deal tired for some reason.

His nerves were still bundled into knots, he felt somewhat fried. The chansey seemed to obey him but just for good measure, he returned her to the pokeball. Struggling to keep himself calm as he gave a relieved sigh. The chansey never had bad intentions. She just had a tendancy to get over eager with things she liked. And honestly, that did make her a little hard to handle when those moments came up.

Mochi was snapped out of it when he heard Cati's voice, not even noticing that she had gone and paid for something. The small bag was handed to him and Mochi accepted it, mainly due to him not feeling up to arguing. What was in it? He could smell something nice in there but..was it one of those perfume bottles?

"Uh...okay...th..thanks." Mochi stammered out. "I...I'm sorry about earlier...I just...didn't know what to do and felt overwhelmed.."

Feeling something grab his hand, he would've jumped once more but he found himself not since he recalled that there was another person here. So his gaze landed upon Luna and he listened to her words. Leave...hm....

"Yeah, let...let's go...this place is a bit too...creepy still." Mochi answered, though he let out a squeak like sound as he was tugged as she was already trying to get him to move faster.

Welp he obliged the girl as he tried to start running to keep up with her. One pokemon was fine right? It be okay..

"Well..." Mochi muttered, a bit uneasy and nervous. "To be honest, the temple doesn't seem strict on that...but it is a much older temple, so they probably follow something not very...common place anymore.."

Honestly, Mochi just participated in prayers at meal time and during festival times. Other than that he left the religion stuff alone. Thankfully the kids he watched weren't old enough to need teachings about religion. So he didn't have to worry over teaching that kind of thing on top of normal things.

"I just partake in prayers at the table before meals honestly..." He admitted.

Mochi didn't feel comfortable talking about this, he wasn't sure why. Was this how Simone felt when they did prayer and someone else was around that might be against the thing? Maybe. Mochi watched Cati inspect the perfume. Sakuramochi had gone over to the clothes once more, far too curious for her own good. Though she couldn't help but clap her little hands together as she looked at one of the less revealing items for attire. And hearing this, Mochi finally looked for her.

"What are you doing over there? Please come back." Mochi requested as he went to fetch his pokemon.

OH my gosh they look like they could be siblings!!!

Mochi's lived in multiple places in Hoenn but he's lived in Oldale's temple the longest. He's from Kanto but he hasn't been there since he was born and has no memory of there. ^^ Perhaps a social would be best? I'm a bit filled with missions for other characters, and Mochi is in two dual wilds right now lol.

Where should it be?

Mochi just wanted to pass off as a different person, he hadn't really figured out if he was going to try to be more like a girl or not. It had been hard to figure out since it wasn't exactly what he was going for. The whole mistaken for a girl thing was a surprise when he first wore the wig and after that he slowly noticed his more femmine build naturally, so it was all just how the events unfolded.

"Well...I..." Mochi started, trying to recall if one would consider the temple a conservative place or not. "I don't exactly..live in a household, I..I live in a temple...so all my knowledge of stuff is kind of just..collected from school and small town environment outside of the temple."

Was that a poor way to answer it? Yes. But that was also due to him not being sure if the temple workers were conservative of not. It was just what he grew up seeing and hearing. It didn't help that he read random things at times and he was already a nervous sort of person.


"HOusehold life isn't that different from living in a temple....is it?" Mochi asked, tilting his head.

Standing there, listening to the talk of safety of towns and criminal break outs. There was something lingering on the older man's face. Their badge regarded them as someone from a small news network than the HNN but one that was able to stay afloat anyway.

"What about ensuring the safety of the youth on their journey's? Yes we have ways for them to travel faster between towns but there are still the youth who will rough it in the wilds. Now the danger alone isn't wild pokemon, potential war can happen again if we aren't careful." The old news reporter questioned. "What is the league going to do to ensure that the youth can do their pokemon journeys without parents fearing something could go wrong? Or actual harm coming to them? The gym leaders alone can't watch their respective cities, the League is suppose to be a large group yes? But even then, you can't just watch every youngster who thinks they can handle traveling from town to town with their inexperience?"

Sure the phones in this age helped them greatly. But still...it's not like cops were on ever route, or stations set up for kids to rest in. Besides...what good would those do if a second war happened? There had to be something done before that possibility became a reality.

She wasn't mad? Like...she seemed to be accepting of it? A surprised expression came to his face as he stood there. The instruction to put the wig on back on also surprised him. Blinking for a moment, he slowly obliged. Slipping the item on and making sure it was on straight before they pulled their hands away from it.

"Oh?" mochi replied in regards to the wig cap.

This time, his voice was almost back to it's normal tone. He was still nervous but not as badly. His chansey smiled, putting her little hands together and beeming with joy. She really did like her trainer and seeing him trying something new always made her happy.

"No I've...I've worn the wig before. I just...I just...I just haven't done anything else. Honestly when wearing it I...don't really talk since I don't know how to throw my voice or anything. And I haven't figured out how far this..will go." mochi explained. "This is honestly just something to try and get away from everything that I deal with, I just want to be a different person if only for a little while then I feel a little beter for a small amount of time."

Taking a small breathe in, he realized that he was just repeating himself with barely anything added on.

"Honestly when I walked into the shop and bought this, I didn't really think about it. I just did it.." Mochi added, shrugging weakly.
