This was crazy, if he was going to be honest.

Little did he know he had another pseudo-legendary Pokémon (well, two, actually) among the few companions that he was lugging around with him (as he’d left behind a vast majority of his companions—travel incognito when in an unfamiliar land) in the guise of a Dragonite and a Dragapult…

And he sought to add another one to the team.

Would he get lucky?

Only a singular toss of a Pokéball would tell.

He’d been observing everything quietly, most of the time.

However—the mention of something buried deep under Littleroot? That—that was interesting.

He noticed ’s Milotic go towards Littleroot—and of course he was curious as to what was there.

Deep underneath the earth.

A flick of his hand revealed his Doublade—the only named Pokémon out of his small squad—and it follows the Milotic towards Littleroot.

Huh.

He’d heard of these… ‘distortions’ from other fellow Rockets who’d ventured into them, but for him to actually get caught in the middle of one himself, well, that was a surprise and a half!

Considering the fact that he traveled with a small, light team he figured—what was he going to find in here?

The soft crunching underfoot made him stop and look down, before he backed away a few paces and saw something—a small sliver of green?

“Interesting.”

Picking it up, he then went on his merry way; making sure to avoid any further contact with whatever Pokémon were bound to come out of nowhere.

He already had an idea of what the next message would be.

For now, though—it was time to try the Over the Gyarados once more!
