The air was cold.

He could see his breathe as small forms of smoke, briefly forming and fading away back into the night's sky just as quickly. Eyes looked up to the starry sky with a longing gaze. Somedays he wished that he could fade away, today seemed to be one of those days. Asriel had returned from overseas as of recent, and he was happy to be back for more then one reason.

Rocket was quick to assign him a task when he did return: to infiltrate the league and pose as a ranger, gathering any useful information and to report it back. He was not fond of it, but Asriel was never the person to say his opinion of disobey orders.

A troublesome pack of mightyena have been rampaging oldale as of recently. He was sent to try and neutralize the pack to the best of his capability. Asriel however saw it as a chance to traffic some of them as well, rocket would always find pokemon useful in their own unique ways.

He waited atop of a small hill, which had been reported to be a frequent patrol spot of the pack. Now all he needed to do was wait for them to arrive.

Raziel Beckett

"Understood." Unlatching a pokeball from his belt a nidoqueen appears with a click. Nidoqueen mimics the womans pangoro, lifting the crate with ease and following the group as the ascend the staircase.

After an hour they arrive at the top floor, greeted by an irritated head scientist with how long it took them to arrive.

Nidoqueen sets the crate down where the scientist had instructed and is swiftly returned to her pokeball.

With the job now complete there was no reason to stick around.

His gaze looks towards Remi not offering any words but a simple wave as he departs.

If she was just a grunt then it was likely they would meet once again.

Remi Cassel

Eyes narrow at the accusation of what is causing the sound then he softly chuckles. “That’s a big assumption on what makes you so sure it’s a pervert disturbing the submarine?” Truthfully he wouldn’t be surprised if it did end up being a pervert snooping around, many rocket members were scum bags who had little boundaries himself included.

Clearly the woman had been bothered that he hadn’t gave out his name, not that it bothered Asriel in anyway. He didn’t understand what was so troublesome about calling an individual ‘you’ there were worse things that somebody could be coined as. Hearing her randomly call him ‘pride’ did cause Asriel to momentarily pause, wondering if the woman actually knew who he was and was playing ignorant. He gives her a small smile, “well that’s a interesting choice for a nickname.” A light chuckle following his words as he glances towards the bath area, giving her a simple nod.

He didn’t mind being instructed, all his life he followed his parent’s instruction - he saw no difference here.

“Will do.” He responds and begins to walk to search but stops and turns to glance back at her.

“Feel free to call me whatever you’d like, but Asriel’s my actual name.” With that being said, he resumes the search.

Nia Acadia

"Well. Never seen you around before so yeah, guess it is." Asriel responds, glancing at the woman and observing her as she introduces herself. He scoffs lightly nodding his head in acknowledgement. "Well. Nice to meet you, Nia." He remarks not caring to introduce himself.

Broad shoulders move upward in a shrugging manner. " Sure, why not. It's the reason I'm out here anyway." His hand points straight ahead. "Last time I heard the noise was coming from that direction." Without saying much else or waiting for her, Asriel walks ahead.

Nia Acadia

Much like Nia, the strange sounds that could be heard echoing throughout rocket's submarine also kept him awake. It had been a few days already since the sounds started yet no one could reveal the cause, people were useless.

Asriel decided that he would do something about it since apparently no one else could. Thats where he bumps into Nia, perhaps on a similar mission. "Really?" He questions uncertainty in his tone. "Don't see how anybody could sleep with such a ruckus. " He scoffs, shaking his head in disbelief.

Nia Acadia

Dark gaze resting on the woman, considering what she says " Suppose you're right. a half smile forms vanishing within a mere blink. His head turns when hearing the challenge, expression shifting as he pauses to conjure a response.

His hand gesturing towards her eyepatch. " The eyepatch" the response is stated in a strange manner, and Asriel speaks nothing more of it. Focusing readjusts back to their goal, Supplier is my acquaintance. This job should haven't any issues."

His tone was confident, and he steps closer to inspect the haul - which looked to be high quality.

Remi Cassel

Eyebrows rise slightly. He remains silent when Remi corrects him, an apologetic look appearing on his face though it didn't look sincere. A hand scratches the back of his scalp and forced chuckles escape chapped lips. "Forgive me, I was under the impression you were an underboss!" A bashful blush manifests onto the mans cheeks.

"After all.. you have that kind of aura. You know what I mean? It's difficult to put into words." The same smirk remains sealed tightly on his lips, even as he compliments her half heartedly.

Shrugging his shoulders Asriel then points towards the haul. "In any case, better stop wasting time and get working am I right?"

Remi Cassel

A puff of smoke drifts into the air. Standing near a broken down house, observing the exchange silently. He waits to introduce himself to Remi till the grunts decide to leave. One of which calling the woman a filthy bitch as they made an exit. An amused smile creeping onto his face.

The cigarette is tossed onto the ground and Asriel approaches Remi.

"Anyone ever teach you to treat your subordinates kindly?"

Remi Cassel

The reaction was what he expected, he merely chuckled with her speculation that he was drunk. "What makes you think I'm drunk?" Voice smug, eyebrows raise as he stares at Elodie coldly. He is uncaring to the broken glass, fully aware that it could cause a serious injury if it wasn't taken care of.

"What brings you out here..." A wicked expression briefly comes across his face, but vanishes within another instant. "alone?" was she not aware of the danger which looms at night?

"That so?" his expression remains normal but his tone sounded slightly surprised - unaware that his father had such an aspiration. He stirs the drink with one hand and draws upon his imagination. Picturing what it would of been like if Raziel was here with them.

A small crooked smile appears as it was hard to imagine. "Couldn't have done it without you, mother and beckett" He responds, raising the glass to the toast.

Raphael Pryde

Sure it was a fascinating event, but Asriel didn’t care for it. He didn’t feel as fascinated as his father when looking at it. He wonders how his brother would react to this sight - most likely the same as father. The two of were far more passionate when it came to the science. “I don’t get to drink such exquisite drinks, maybe once every few decades.”He responds to his father with another light hearted joke.

Taking another sip of the drink, he sighs satisfied. Taking another glance at the view, he realizes the true beauty. “well.. the view does beat the drinks.” He states, looking back when questioned about his birthday. “That’s correct” He states, wondering why he had brought it up so randomly.

Raphael Pryde

Asriel abruptly clears his throat when his father adjusts his tie for him. Embarrassed laughter flowing from his lips, “I have not, struggled to put it on for twenty minutes before coming here.” He smoothens out his shirt when the tie is corrected and a light smile appears with the compliment. Asriel was glad to see that his father was pleased, his approval was all he really cared for.

Thank you, father.” Asriel responds, accepting the drink a small bow soon following it. Gaze following the gesture, Asriel shakes his head. “not as much as the drinks.” He jokes taking his first sip.
