To her surprise, the brown stain begins to fade as the leaf crumples away, “Whoa,” she whispers, “I’m very impressed,” she compliments, and that may be the first genuine thing she has said to him, “How did you know that?” she asks, gently running her fingers over where the stain once was . . . now she just has the stain on the back of the dress from falling on her ass, “I’ll have to take some of these with me, which plant is it?” she shifts to inspect the local flora.

“What a gentleman!” she smiles, leaving the trampled flowers behind and turning back to head towards Oldale. She shifts the Shinx in her arms to use the other to brush some dirt off the white linen of her dress, “Do you have any tricks to get stains out? Or should I consider this dress ruined?”

It’s not completely outrageous for a city girl to want the peace and quiet of nature every now and then, is it? It’s also good practice for Willow to come stretch her legs and get some battle experience against pokemon Toni knew she would have an advantage over. After their run in with an Absol going south, she needed to ensure that her companion pokemon could at least defend them. She had a reputation to upkeep, and that didn’t involve releasing a rabid pack of Houndoom to take care of every wild pokemon she came across.

No luck yet, however. The Shinx looked absolutely miserable following its trainer down the path. The look of annoyance in her sharp glare was palpable, “Fine, we’ll take a small break, but you ARE going to battle before the day is done,” Toni assured the kitten as she slipped the backpack off her back to find the small bowl she packed for Williow.

Toni can’t help but smile at the thought, a predatory instinct creeping through that she just can’t help. Hunter becoming the hunted.

“I’d rather not think about what may have happened,” she sighs, leaning down to scoop up the Shinx at her feet, “Willow here has never been a fighter. What do you think made that Absol so wild, anyhow?”

Her gaze briefly glances towards the pokeball, it would make a fine addition to her team, “Perhaps you can explain your theories while we walk? I’d like to head back to pick up some more flowers . . . my apartment is looking quite dull without them . . . And I could use the muscle, I guess,” her lips twitch into a rather innocent smile.

The woman’s head tilts slightly in admiration as a slender smile plucks at the corner of her lips, “You certainly shouldn’t be,” quality product deserves a quality price. That’s why when he offers a discount, she seems offended. The smile disappears as he slips into the hot tub.

“Hm. I’ll pay double,” she counters, as if she’s outbidding an invisible opponent. Toni doesn’t purchase things on discount because anything worth having is never discounted.

She’s already peeling her own top off and slipping out of the fitted sweatpants when her beckons her to join. Her smile flashes through the moonlight as she slowly walks to the edge of the hot tub. The shadows dance across her silhouette, never revealing too much until she steps up to slips into the warm water.

“Mmmm,” she hums, slipping back into the seat beside Caden. Her head rests against the side of the whirlpool, “It’s missing something,” she reaches a hand to press some buttons. It buzzes to life and starts the jets and bubbles.

She lips curl into a pleasant smile as she strips her clothes to approached a saddled mantine, “Hold my beer,” she demands of one of the attends keeping her mantine in place. She shoves the can into his hand and he takes it without question but not without a puzzled look, “And don’t drink any.”

With a subtle push she mantine is off, scaling a wave and attempting a PRIMARINA TWIST when it flies into the sky.

“And good riddens,” she mumbles beneath her breath as the commisoner finishes explaining the tactic to send the meteor to Sea!Hoenn. Toni would have been on the first plane back to Sinnoh if it wasn’t for the dreadful dome. Now she’s stuck here with everyone else, awaiting their doom.

What better time to party then? End of the world party was right up her ally. Perhaps she should throw one . . .

Her hands gently clap together as the festival transitions from Dahlia to Melody. She can’t help but smirk at the idol’s audacity to call out her Elite Four colleague. Melody Miro is bold, Toni likes it.

Already riding a nice buzz from her pre-gamming shenanigans at a local establishment, she is in no hurry. Still, she slide sup to the bar and flashes the bartender a signature smile which draws him closer. The large bill between her manicured fingers probably helped as well, “Vodka soda,” and now she patiently waits, Leaning back against the bar and scanning over the mass of people in front of her.
