That's two attempts in a row that ended in failure. Thomas didn't know what was wrong with his aim. But once again, it was Hideo that hit the mark, despite his alleged blindness.

In any case, it was his turn again, with a different person in the tank. Thomas took aim, more carefully this time, and threw the ball to the target.

An Egg Tutor wasn't a bad prize, for sure. He could always find value in such an item.

Still, there was more treasure begging to be surfaced. Once again, his Clawitzer dived down for treasure.

Thomas wasn't sure how he missed, but the next few contenders didn't manage to hit it. The fact that the blind kid managed to dunk Josh was humorous enough for Thomas, however.

By the time it was his turn, a woman he didn't know was in the tank.

Thomas once again tried to hit the switch with a ball.

Salac Berries were always a find that the Kalosian could appreciate. They were too valuable a resource to pass up. The more he could get his hands on, the better off he'd be.

Again, his Clawitzer would dive down for treasure.

Thomas watches as the Commissioner walks into the room, taking a seat across from his. The tension in the room was thick enough that one could cut through it with a knife. The ambient hum of lighting only makes things more awkward.

Finally, she speaks up, asking him what he's done.

"Commissioner, I've come to turn myself in for my actions as the Wraith.", Thomas tells her. Though he is ashamed, he looks her in the eye.

"I am the one responsible for the assassinations of key figures of Rocket, the Poachyenas, and other criminal organizations, in the Region. I am also responsible for the Castelia Dock Massacre in Unova.", he's continue.

As Thomas approached the dunk tank, he would spot a familiar face in the tank. With a playful grin, Thomas grabbed the ball, and tossed it towards the button.

He was determined to dunk the man in the tank.

INSPIRED POKEMON: Gyarados
INSPIRED MOVE: Outrage

When Thomas arrived at the mask station, the disgraced Marquis wasted no time in carving out a mask from wood. The first thing that came to mind was the enraged expression of a Gyarados. Chosen as an outlet and representation for all the rage Thomas carried inside of him, Thomas visualized the image of a Gyarados tearing apart ships in a fit of Outrage.

Once the mask was carved, Thomas took care to make sure the colors were painted correctly. Not out of any desire to win, but out of respect for the Atrocious Pokemon. After all, it was a Pokemon he saw as a kindred spirit.

Normally, Thomas was not one to partake in the festivities of a carnival. However, with a newfound appreciation for his freedom, Thomas decided that now was the year to indulge.

After all, it was better to savor each moment.

Walking side by side with his trusty Zoroark, Kuma Lisa, Thomas held a cup of vanilla ice cream in his hand. A Zorua concealed in the mane of the Zoroark would pop his head out. Thomas smiled, holding out the cup of ice cream, which the Zorua lapped up eagerly. Both the trainer and the Zoroark laughed.

A pair of Audino trailed behind the duo. One of them was holding a big stuffed Teddiursa, and would've been stumbling around, had it not been for the help of the second Audino.

As the group made their way through the carnival grounds, Thomas would spot a familiar face in the crowd. No doubt, she'd be able to pick him out quickly, given his height and features.

Speaking of Pokeballs, his Clawitzer would come up with another one. Thomas couldn't complain, as he needed all he could get.

Still, there was more treasure to be found. So again, his Clawitzer took a dive to seek out treasure.

Thomas remembered the last time he went Clamperl diving. It was a fruitful endeavor, one that he didn't regret. If anything, the extra Pokeballs he accumulated were of immense help.

Thomas allowed his Clawitzer, Colt, to do the work. The grumpy shrimp would dive down into the waters below, in order to find something of value.

In the fields of Duvet Ranch, children were roaming alongside the Pokemon. Eevee and Audino alike would gleefully greet the children, and snuggle up to them. Some of them would get rides on the back of a friendly Arcanine, who looked extremely happy to play with the children. A Dragonite and Flygon were putting on a show for a group of children.

As this all played out, Thomas sat on his porch, watching over the children. In his arms was his first Audino, Bunni. The shy Audino wasn't quite ready to greet the children, so she stuck by her master's side, rubbing her head against him gently.
