Watching how she is gradually getting the hang of stopping with her skate, Nia can't help to not suppress her grin. Nia is a pursuer of knowledge and there is no more rewarding feeling than the knowledge that she has gotten has been proven right with her own eye. Apparently, she is not the only one who got excited about her success as the woman shows her gratitude toward her through a crashing bear hug. If she hasn't quickly shifted her center of gravity while positioning her feet for better support upon the clash - Nia would have fallen down. "Whoa, calm down princess." Nia let out laughter, hugging her back and giving her a bit squeeze from the hug.

She finally moves back and pries herself off from the hug. "You know what they say, a failure is a great teacher to achieve success. I am sure even if I didn't help you, you will eventually get the hang of it by yourself" Nia waves her hand before giving out her hand for a handshake. "My name is Nia, by the way." Nia introduces herself, doesn't want to keep calling the woman with 'you'

Nia was lazying around on her desk as all of her books that she brought to the receptionist desk had been read thoroughly, she is currently in her usual disguise where no one should be able to tell that it is actually Nia that sits there. As she is playing with her pen, a man comes in and approaches her to sign up for a gym challenge. "Thank you, the director put all their heart on designing this challenge. While this question is not part of the challenge but I am curious about what do you think of Pokemon, in general? Remember, there is no wrong answer to this question" Nia asks with a smile as she gives him a dice for him to get his fate.

Nia mostly was enjoying the experience while digging around trying to find something, while she hasn't found anything worthwhile it is still fun nevertheless.  However, that moment got stopped abruptly when a group of Gible, Gabite, and Garchomp appears and decides to mess with the people that have gathered here. This is not a favorable time for her, her relation with Gaku is not as strong as Nina and the gang - Nia doesn't know the extent of Gaku's capability yet hence she decides to run from a group of Gabite that is chasing her right now while Gaku is following her step while launching Icicle Spear to every Gabite that is getting closer to him. While she ran around then she notices that is offering some protection to Fern, oblivious to their relationship. Despite all of that she ran really fast toward Francie, "Hey! Francie! Remember me? Sorry, I need some help over here" Nia waves with a smile despite a gabite, a gible, and a Garchomp is following her from behind - Making herself into a train. "Have you seen ? Or do you even know who is? I need him to help this" Nia asks straightly, ignoring the presence of Fernando completely. Nia wants to fight but she is not entirely sure that she is able to fight this many alone, especially with Gaku.

tl;dr:
- Nia ran away from the group of Gible swarm, attracting a few of them with her.
- Cloyster uses ICICLE SPEAR to fend some gible swarm that gets closer to him or Nia while running away.
- Approaching , with a group of Gible behinds her.

He raises a valid question, Nia crosses her arm and tilt her head while trying to ponder on how to answer that question. How long should he become her boyfriend? Knowing her parents and their schedules, there shouldn't be a lot of instances for them to meet, so by that calculation... "Just for a night out with my parents, we are going to eat out and they are expecting for me to bring a partner or they would keep bothering me with an arranged marriage." Nia tries to explain the situation a bit more. "I swear that my parents would not be looking for you after that" Nia tries to convince him and herself by saying that when in reality, Nia is not entirely sure if that is guaranteed.

If the couple said that they are trained chefs and it is a Michelin star restaurant instead of a cabin, Nia would definitely believe that especially after eating the breakfast that they served. However, her goal to be in that cabin was not to indulge herself in great food, which is just a pleasant surprise for her, but her goal is to join the expedition to the cave looking for different kinds of stones. She wasn't alone, there are many people walking to the cave alongside her as they have the same goal as her. She notices some familiar faces like , , and however she decides to not approach them yet.

Entering the cave, Gaku floats around her. Nia loiters around and picks a rather empty spot and starts digging with the help of Cloyster. "Gaku, use Icicle Spear" Nia orders as Gaku fires sharp, thin, spear-shaped ice shard from its mouth multiple times to the ground with the hope of digging the ground deeper. Due to his ability, Skill Link, the amount of the spear increased to the maximum number.

Nia listens to what she has to say and nod occasionally to give reinforcement to the fact that she is actually listening to her and not blanking out while she is conveying the problem. Her brain starts to turning trying to form instructions on how to overcome her problem while listening and she thought of something. "Ah yeah, braking can be quite tricky business. Especially if you were in full speed" Nia notes trying to look around the people that skates around them. "The most basic stops is the snowplough stop. This stop can be done either with one foot and both feet. To do a snowplough stop, start by pushing the flat part of the blade and scraping the ice. Then, push one foot out, put pressure on the flat part, and bend the knees." Nia starts to give out an instruction but then she realized how it can be quite confusing if it is just a word alone.

"Let me show you how to do it" Nia starts to skate around and try to demonstrate how to do it as clear as possible.

End of the year is coming up and Nia loves to fill her time with winter-related activities as she is propelling herself within the ice rink and maneuvering herself that almost making people mistake her as a professional ice skater. Mahiro, Alolan Sandshrew, skates right next to her trainer without any effort. "Relaxing isn't it Mahiro?" Nia asks Mahiro and she answers it with a happy cry. However, that thought suddenly got disturbed as someone clashed with her. She would have fallen if it wasn't for her automatic defense mechanism on her body where she quickly shift her gravity center and her leg positioning to rebalance herself before falling and capture the person that crashed on her from falling.

"Whoa, are you okay?" Nia asks her worriedly, falling to the rink would be really painful and she doesn't wish that to her. "Do you need some help on how to stop while skating? I can teach you that if you want" Nia offers help to teach her how to stop.

The sudden changes of the field startles her and truthfully ruined the plan that she made beforehand. She was planning to let Mahiro dig down and attack Lapras from a blind spot but with this kind of field, all she will get is drowning once she digs down the platform. Well, whatever... Nia tries to devise another plan and for now, if she is blocked to do something then she needs to cut the advantage gained by the Lapras and the only way to do so is to freeze it. However, she finds another problem with it - With the hailstorm that is currently going, the water is still not freezing and that is the only ice-move that Mahiro has. It would be different if Nina is on the field right now. That thought process lasts for less than a minute.

"Dodge!" Nia orders as she notices a ball of water flies towards Mahiro before bursting into multiple bubbles. Mahiro jumps avoiding then Nia thought of an idea, "Mahiro, from the direction of the ball, transform and roll out~" Nia orders as Mahiro curl herself up and performs GYRO BALL to the direction where the ball of water comes from.

The old man laughed openly after hearing the answer without any attempt from him to find a hint, his experience told him that if he manages to guess that really fast that means this man's favorite should be the same pokemon as the one in that picture hence why he is able to answer it smoothly. "Great job sonny, Miss Nia should be waiting on the next floor with the final riddle" Old man gesture to the stair that can reach the next floor. Once Mars comes to the fourth floor, the room is empty and there is only Nia sitting on the middle of the room. Unlike when she was still on the first floor, Nia is not in disguise anymore.

Once Mars climb to the third floor, the room is filled with pictures and diorama scatters everywhere, an old man with thick eyeglasses sitting on the manager's desk.

"Ah, you must be the youngun' that challenges the gym eh sonnie? Well, I love to see the youth spirit. I hope this one doesn't stump you real bad" The old man laughs rather loudly despite being in a library where one should remain quiet. The visitor and employee there don't pay any attention to him as if it is a common occurrence. The old man just gives Mars an image at the size of a stamp, the image itself is not even complete.
