WHAT CAN BE LOOKED UP

• galar-born, specifically from wyndon.
• high school dropout. the reasons aren't quite easy to find, as they're more of a personal case, but he ended up earning his ged before entering the workforce. there aren't any records of him attending college or university, either.
• professional fighter + personal trainer. can often be found training for the former, and trains a small handful of people at a time when working as the latter in the interim. specializes in general exercise and health, but also offers combat training to those interested.
• heavyweight fighter. for obvious reasons, trains as part of the heavyweight class in terms of professional boxing. although he hasn't made his way into higher-end fighting organizations just yet, he's claimed titleship a few times in his career, and is actively aiming for brighter spotlights.

• alias: caturix. his code name for both rocket and underground-centric dealings, alike.
• power. although he's generally compliant and a bit of an odd wallflower—only doing the bare minimum of what's requested of him—he truthfully is moderately interested in garnering more influence, whether on a social or grander scale.
• loyal for over a decade. necessary transfers between branches aside, his standing is likely to be neutral to good. he does his tasks, and he does them well, despite not necessarily deviating far from the task in question. capable and a good fighter, and every so often, has acted as an enforcer-bruiser sort of role.

CAIN TOMAN

known by the moniker caturix in underground/red light settings, cain is a rocket-aligned character hailing from wyndon, galar, and is built by self-made and self-embraced corruption. as a product of the system, he’s seen his fair share of shitty situations— and his response to those shitty situations was to overcome them at all costs. simple as that. temperamental at best and volatile and vindictive at worst, he’s the sort of man to value himself over everything else.

after all, he’s the only one he could trust growing up, and he’s the reason he’s standing here, today.

loyalty isn’t lost upon him, and to an extent, it’s actually one of the few things he can respect. for how much of an asshole he can be, he’s actually very reliable and responsible, so if you scratch his back, he’ll scratch yours accordingly. do it enough times and prove yourself to be dependable, and he may consider you less of a tool or stepping stone and more of an actual person.

he’ll remember when he’s crossed, though, and he’s not the type to forgive or forget.

otherwise, he treats close clients and employees with the aforementioned respect and care, looking out for them accordingly. by day, he works as a professional fighter and on-hire personal trainer, all while running his own underground fighting rings and trafficking circles beneath the radar— the latter of which deals with strictly inanimate goods with an emphasis on substances and weaponry.

UNDERGROUND CONNECTIONS
past or present, you may have come across him at some point. when he was starting off, he specialized in carrying out hits first and foremost, and used the money he earned to fund his fighting career. when he became successful enough in that avenue, he began funneling more earnings into his own circles and building a small, but successful business from there. since then, he’s stepped back from his activities as a hitman for the most part, but definitely does still take the occasional request up.

any business needs sponsors and suppliers, though. other people that may have had a hand in trades concerning weaponry or substances could’ve crossed paths with him, and may even be close with him to this day. he’s known to keep to his trusted circles, but if there’s a good resume backing someone up, he’s not above considering new connections— especially if it could entail growing his own empire along the way. otherwise, there could’ve been a fair chance that he worked on a hit with you in the past.

SEEKING:

• suppliers. self-explanatory. friendliness is up to you since he’s definitely the type to be willing to put personal biases aside for work.

realistically, cain has probably been apart of team rocket since his late teens to early twenties— or, in other words, for about twelve to fifteen years, give or take. willing to be a bit more flexible if it makes things a bit easier to hash out, but either way, his way in would've been through the gangs he was apart of growing up.

his original reason for joining was chalked up to needing another source of jobs growing up, but to this day, his record is polished and credible. he's ran his fair share of missions for rocket, and despite the fact that he's inwardly impartial to the group, he's also outwardly loyal by sole virtue of knowing that showing any sort of apprehension wouldn't go him any favors. although he may have a tendency to talk back to others in the organization, regardless of rank, he's still known to be an otherwise cooperative and extremely capable member at the end of the day— especially when it comes to tasks that require muscle and combat.

SEEKING:

• his recruiter. always imagined him to have joined rocket from his early twenties onward, but i’m absolutely willing to be flexible with that! maybe it was in another region. maybe it was here in hoenn after he happened to be on a job
