Good news, they were able to get Amor out of the Regidrago's jaws. Makoto and Onji are quick to come to the Head Scientist's side - helping to steady him, and looking over any possible wounds.

Bad news, the remnant Regidrago had turned its focus to attacking Regice.

However, even as the construct cracked and began to leak Dynergy, Makoto wouldn't leave it solo. They pulled out their Tera Orb, to terastallize the fox to pure Ice-type, so that she may let loose a howling Blizzard of her own at the draconic jaws..!

Glimmering in draconic violet, Tsukiko eagerly bounces from target to target - striking each Grafaiai with Dragon Hammer to incapacitate them before they cause any more trouble.

Makoto, though, has to keep their distance. They keep feeling nauseous, sometimes even dizzy, the more they get themself into these situatoins... Hopefully, it's not an omen for what's to come.

Illuminated by the flames of the tree, war rages. Ameena is quick to target a nearby trainer - and Tsukiko freely comes out of her pokeball on her own, prepared to protect...

... But where Makoto finds their own attention drifting, is to the great bird that looms above. Red, black, and wreathed in death - Yveltal is a bloodchilling sight, yet another god looming over them amidst this chaos.

As quickly as it all began though, the scene would shift once more...

Nebula was here, and ready to make the most of these strange occurrences, it seemed.

From above, a disguised Makoto sat atop Haguru alongside Onji - the duo using the floating Klinklang as a vantage point. They could already spot the others - howard slayte , Tempest Quinn , and Amor Rose - all hard at work trying to contain this outbreak... Though, their own position would be one of support - their bird's eye view helping prevent any potential ambushes. "Let's give another Heal Bell."

Onji, using his psychic abilities, would convey the command down to Tsukiko - who was going all-out down below. Frost covered the webs that she danced about, the occasional Ariados frozen under her Blizzards. But as soon as the order was given, she turned her attentions to her allies instead. And with a echoing chime, her Heal Bell would stave off any poisons that may have afflicted her allies!

... Although, that being said... Makoto certainly wished that the Heal Bell would do something about the nausea that kept roiling in their gut...

There are a few long moments of thought, as Makoto considered things. Considered Tamamo, and the options that had been laid before them. But before too long, they shook their head. "No... Again, thank you." They spoke, a little more at ease now that the Pressure was gone, adding "I... imagine being an Underboss is busy work - so... I appreciate you giving me the time of day, even if I'm just another grunt."

And these sentiments were genuine; being a step or two down from the head of Rocket likely had a truckload of responsibilities to manage, they imagined.

Turning their attention back to Tamamo, they'd pull out her pokeball. They almost had expected for the Ninetales to make it a struggle to get her back in - but she was recalled without a fight, simply flashing her trainer another ominous grin.

She knew they'd call her out again, sooner or later.

Tsukiko would let out a heavy sigh as she could finally relax a little, meanwhile - sticking close to Makoto's side.

Infected civillians, Garbodor, Revavroom, and now ultra beasts - namely Pheromosa. What was going on with these pokemon, and where were these Toxic Chains all coming from?

Makoto wasn't sure - but what they knew was these pheromones would be trouble for a lot of their own pokemon. Their best solution, in the moment, was to let out Midori - the mechanical Iron Leaves would be unaffected by the pheromones, and thus able to help herd these infected insects...

As the scene shifts, the paranoia that the Wishing Star had given off would fade away - allowing for Makoto to calm down and take in their new surroundings. At first glance, the glade they are in is beautiful. It is a balm to the otherwise disturbing or high-energy simulations that the two had seen before...

... But then, Makoto spots the strange white tree, and the statuesque - petrified - pokemon knelt around it.

Ameena mentions her intentions to touch the tree next - and between this and the tree beckoning for them to water it... Makoto nods. "Do you have a water-type?" They questioned - looking to the tree. They hadn't brought one themself - and watering this tree would be difficult otherwise.

But it seems that Ameena has other ideas - because as she steps forward, she doesn't bring out any sort of water-type. Instead, she brings forth a Honedge - who sparks a fire to burn the tree..! "W-wait--" But, it's too late. The tree catches fire rapidly - and though Makoto's initial instinct would be to do something...

... The grin on Ameena's face, as she is illuminated by the fire, makes them think of Tamamo - their shadow Ninetales. Of teeth against their throat. And they think twice of it, simply forcing their expression to something neutral and passive.

They were in no position to question Ameena - and this was a simulation, anyways, right...? It... Felt almost silly, to feel the twist in their chest that they did, when they gazed upon the flames spreading through the tree.

With incident after incident, Makoto was finding themself putting their fingers on the pulse of these strange Toxic Chain events more and more often. For as much as they didn't want to get themself in the midst of these shenanigans, they figured out pretty quick that these Toxic Chains could spread fast if allowed to get out of hand.

So, when there was word of Revavrooms going wild in Mauville, they'd prepare a very special pokemon to bring with them to the city. A certain Forretress, in fact.

Spikes and Stealth Rocks would do quite well, in popping the tires of these runaway cars, right?

Chaos reigned in Littleroot - more than Makoto knew how to deal with. It was a boon, then, that they were not alone. It mattered not if one was Rocket or League; everyone seemed aware that things would only get more out of hand if this wasn't resolved proper.

Makoto hadn't come prepared for this - their stronger pokemon weren't here. At best, Yurei and Kama both were at their side - and Kuro lurked within their shadow. And for as much as Yurei was effective with her psychic abilities, Kama at avoiding being poisoned, and Kuro at protecting...

... There was only so much one could do, when the infected in Littleroot seemed to outnumber them so.

Perhaps, then, that was why a change occurred - Kama growing larger, stronger, as he evolved from a little Sneasel to a tall and imposing Sneasler. All so that he may protect his beloved trainer.

Prompt - use a Fighting-type pokemon

It was instant, really. One moment, they were bringing their hand to the strange violet boulder...

... The next, they were assaulted by a vision - a vision of warring pokemon. They recognized the Deoxys - at least for its species - after having seen Amor Rose 's Erebus. But the other pokemon - the skeletal dragon - was far less familiar.

As Makoto snaps back to reality though, they stumble back. Their heart is thumping hard in their chest. When had it started beating so loudly? When did they feel so unsafe, despite being so, so, far away from the cold void of space above? "What-- we..??"

They were struck with the need to leave, to get out of here before things got worst... But before they knew it, the space around them was already changing...

Another day, another run through the simulation. Ameena proved to be a pleasant person to navigate these strange snapshots with - she somewhat reminded them of Amor Rose, although not quite as eccentric. (Because for as much as they liked Amor, most normal people didn't try to pursue gods.) "We can hope, for certain." Makoto sighed in response - which was to say, Arceus only knows what would happen here.

The scene before them was a lot less existential or immediately life-threatening, at the very least. That did not make the strange purple chunk any less unsettling though; the way it looked almost made it feel... Alive, in a way they couldn't wholly articulate.

And then, Ameena suggests that they touch it. Because of course she does. "I'm not sure if this would be a good idea..." They mutter, their uncertainty plain to see. At the very least, it wasn't as though they could be truly hurt in a simulation...

... But that didn't make the idea of approaching this thing any less unnerving. All the same though, they'd near the core - and after only a moment's hesitation, press their hand to it.

They were beginning to wonder about Ameena's pleasantness.

Chaos ensues, as a massive Garbodor seems to appear out of nowhere. Makoto blinks in alarm at the sight of the poisonous beast - having originally been here on one of their occasional wanders through Hoenn - but at the very least, they are able to provide a hand in the matter.

Namely, with the power of their Wyrdeer, Yurei.

Though she is not necessarily resistant to poison - and though Makoto may not know the best methods to bring down a Dynamaxed pokemon - they are able to let loose powerful psychic attacks such as Extrasensory against the beast's shield!
