Alec's right eyebrow twitched with annoyance as he read the new piece of dialogue. There was NO WAY IN HELL he was going to apologize for something he didn't do. He sighed, clicking the first option. Alec felt that this was wierd, but then again, it was a game, so ...

Alec smiled, reading the next thing of dialogue, although ... part of him thought that there could be no way the commissioner to the League was actually like this ... right? Would she also have known about her being in the game beforehand, even? Alec shook the thought away, deciding that it'd be best to choose the first option.

Notes: Choosing Option 1: SAPPHIRE

The strobe lights in the haunted house pulsed constantly as Alec passed through. He didn't even have a pokemon out with him for this base. In fact, he didn't really feel the need to have a pokemon out with him for this one. Instead, he went through the haunted house, deciding to enjoy the scares that would come out and jump at him. The Kadabra and the Banette pulled out all the stops while Alec was taken throughout the haunted house. Apparently, from what the story of this place was, the people who 'died' here haunt the place, keeping people like Alec out.

From the occasional jump scares, and the running, as well as being chased, was actually a lot of fun. Especially when they got halfway through the haunted house. There were even quite a few times when Alec thought nothing was gonna happen, then got jumped right after. Alec had also got some fake blood on his clothes from time to time, but he didn't really care all too much. For the most part, the Kadabra was with Alec throughout the entire time. There would be some occasions where the Banette appeared - some occasions being obvious, while on other occasions, Alec had no idea that it was the ghost pokemon.

"Man, that was a blast! Thank you guys," Alec grinned at the Kadabra and banette by the time they reached the very end of the haunted house. The Banette and Kadabra seemed glad that Alec had enjoyed himself, giving him the base's flag as a token of their appreciation. “Another, flag. There are still quite a few bases that I haven’t gotten around to yet. Looks like I really do have my work cut out for me,” Alec said, deciding on what base he should go to next.

Alec and clamps headed further into the safari, deciding to take a breather at a nearby cliff. He sat there silently, just taking in the breeze, staring at the vast expanse in front of him. He missed being here, catching the special kinds of pokemon that were seen here occasionally. Alec had spotted a Karrablast right below him, but he didn't feel like going all the way down the cliff. After a few more minutes of silence, he figured he and clamps rested for a good amount of time, deciding to head out deeper in the safari.

The dragon tamer was happy, knowing that his scizor now knew the importance of 'restraint'. Back then, that word was unknown to it. Since they were in the safari zone, they had to be careful to not cause too much damage to the area, otherwise, they'd be kicked out. "Let's keep moving," Alec had said, starting to take the lead once more; heading further into the safari.

About twenty minutes later, Alec spotted a shiny flabebe, having his scizor battle it. Its bullet punches once again reigned down on the fairy-type pokemon, continuing to hold back its true strength as a means to not kill the flabebe, or cause too much damage to the area around them. Once the flabebe was weakened, Alec threw a safari ball at it. "Two down; two left." Alec sighed, cracking his neck with a sigh of relief.

Alec immediately noticed all of the baby pokemon running around. Freon the Glaceon walked beside him and seemed like she had wanted to play with the pokemon running around. "You can go play while I search for the flag, alright! And no rough-housing!" Alec said sternly as he started his search for the flag, rummaging through the sea of pokedolls that laid out everywhere. Freon preened in delight, hopping away as he made his way to play with his new friends. Alec had continued rummaging through the pokedolls, finding a flag, however, it was all chewed up; saliva practically dripping off of it.

"ugh, now I know why I don't have any baby pokemon," he reminded himself, tossing the chewed-up fake flag behind him. As Alec's attention was drawn solely to searching for the real flag, Freon the Glaceon was playing tag with the baby pokemon. As freon moved around in the sea of pokedolls, one of them gently brushed his nose, letting out a sneeze that accidentally triggered its Secret Power, knocking out one of the baby pokemon. In dismay, glaceon had tried to wake the poor thing up, not meaning to do what it did, but the pokemon was down for the count. "Found ya! Alright Freon, we can head on-" alec abruptly stopped himself when he finally noticed Freon frantically trying to wake up the pokemon that it knocked out. Alec had an annoyed expression plastered on his face, eyes twitching; letting out a sigh. "I'm not even going to ask what happened ... Let's just go okay," Alec had said, not wanting the owner of the base to show up and be accused of poke-abuse.

Alec sat while watching Etain gallop around the clearing. He hadn't actually had the time to give her the attention. She wasn't like most of Alec's pokemon in the simple fact that she didn't necessarily care much for battle. Sure, she could handle her own, but if it came down to it, she'd rather just play than battle. So, he figured that since he had free time that he'd take her out to run around. As Alec continued watching the galarian ponyta prance around, Alec had seen a familiar face walk up the path.

"Hey, Josh!" he called out to him. Normally, alec wouldn't do such a thing, but he figured Josh was an okay guy. "What are you doing out here?" Alec asked the ranger, curiously. The new company also caught Etain's attention, making him walk over, standing beside his master.
