So he was addressing it. The tunnel. Or... the night that followed it. Why his hand gripped tighter. Why it held on for dear life. Maggie wasn't letting her leave his sight. Not after that. It's when he sees her in the sky, that his heart restores itself, Jo-Jo yelling out with a noise. The moment Wisteria is on the ground again, Jasmine would find her way to the ground, soon after into his arms. And he would pull her into a hug.[break][break]

His face is exhausted, as he runs a hand through her brown locks. She was dirty, dusty, and Wisteria had saved her life.[break][break]

... even with their beef. He smiles. Finally falling onto his ass with her, now on the ground...[break][break]

Jo-Jo decided to wrangle Wisteria away. Give them a moment.[break][break]

"Thought you were a goner." He breaks the silence. But he laces a kiss to her head. No way no how.

There's a lot of glee from the couple. Judging from how much fun that Magnus is having, despite being thrown into the wall, children beginning to bump him around. And to say that the giant was too big for this ride, comically so, was an understatement.[break][break]

And in the spinning of the bumper car, he can see it. Her face was red. He smiled in turn, a little red in the cheeks too, before the onslaught continues to beat him SENSELESS.[break][break]

When they were out, and Jasmine apologized, Magnus had been hung out to dry against a table. But even as she apologized, he would chuckle. "Nah... it's chill, Jazzy. You had fun." He laughs, getting up woozily.[break][break]

And snatches her hand. Hand-in-hand, he takes her towards the mirror maze, since it's nearby. Maybe it's just him but... he wants to enjoy all of it today.[break][break]

Never know when it'll be the last day.

Time slows down entirely. Magnus is thrown from a DRAGON RUSH with Jojo, the duo thrown towards the entrance. But Magnus isn't leaving, not for a second. His eyes are focused, deadly so. The top is close to falling. She's going to make it, she's going to make it. His heart clamors in his chest, and he growls with fury at the Great Tusk.[break][break]

And then the top falls. And Magnus is nowhere to be seen. Jojo either. The rubble of the cave crumbles over all...[break][break]

Magnus had woken up an hour later. Coughing. There was rubble atop of him, his body covered in rubble from the cave-in, but Jo-Jo began to throw rocks off. There's blood from his side, but manageable. A bad gash. It wouldn't stop him, not at his size.[break][break]

"Fuck... dammit... GET... OFF!" He has no time to think about that. Jo-Jo helps him to his feet, and the two look at the cave-in. And his golden eyes look forward.[break][break]

He's no idiot. That's a cave-in. The chances... of...[break][break]

Jo-Jo has to lead him out. Magnus clinching at his side, as he finds the opening where the cave was. His face contorts between pain, and suffering. But as soon as they are at the mouth of the cave... Magnus collapses to his knees.[break][break]

"Jazz..." He can't scream... so instead?[break][break]

Jo-Jo charges up one big ass AURA SPHERE, and tosses it up like a flare. An ode to someone who wasn't here anymore... or so he thought.

It was nice to see her at least grumble something nice but...[break][break]

It's when the fireworks start, that his heart is immediately in his throat. Yeah, this happened in Mauville too... the only difference is that he feels like his stomach is in knots. He was with Jazz during the last set and-[break][break]

Looking at them, watching them, he takes a step forward, and frowns. "Yeah... you know what? Stomach hurts. Weird shit uh... have fun, girlie." He begins to take a step away, and lament how weak shit he was. He was Jack Fucking Magnus, and the Fucking was the important part but.[break][break]

Not today. As the fireworks blast out behind him, he just... walks away. Continuing his march out and away. It was... wrong.

It really didn't go unnoticed. And that carny was trying, ATTEMPTING to attack his character, calling him a thief, the works. And Magnus, was about to reel around and backhand the guy for the apples... until hottie with the body here put money down.[break][break]

Her glaring, her red in the face, he smirks. "Oh yeah? Hungry? Man, finally something we can relate on." He takes one bite out of his own apple, and chews with a rather unphased toothy grin.[break][break]

"Let's just have some fun. You do know what fun is, yeah?" The carny leaves before he becomes more troublesome than he already was...[break][break]

The fuck off part is the part he doesn't get. And boy, does he show it. As she snaps at him, asking if he likes picnics, Magnus takes a minute to watch her play the Magikarp game. And the entire time, he's wondering if he's really going stale. If maybe, he wasn't as hot as he thought he was...[break][break]

With a snatch of a caramel apple stick, two of em nearby; yes, he stole it while the clerk wasn't looking, he hands one out. "You gotta like food, yeah?"[break][break]

His smile and smirk was gone though... he wasn't this off his game... was he?

And the moment she's gone, so is he, because he's fishing. But not for Magikarp. Oh no, no no no. He's smirking ear-to-ear, as walks by the lovely little Magikarp Fishing Game, he would give it another go.[break][break]

"Hey now, at least give me a chance. I can get you a really nice treat, we can go picnic out in the field here in Littleroot. You like picnics?"[break][break]

Know what? Fuck it. He's gonna get one last day in at this damned carnival. Magnus makes it clear, he's lookin' for something. He's looking to enjoy some heat, and some spice adds that variety. But here he is. Seeing some hottie with a body running an obstacle course, Magnus pushes to the front of the line, and roars out. "I'm next!"[break][break]

He begins to run the course. He makes the jumps, he weaves around, he wipes out, but he keeps going, falling into some water, but with a throw off of his shirt, as he finishes...[break][break]

"Hey beautiful, what's cookin'? Side from that hot little waist of yours? Cuz damn you must be bakin' that bread, them buns TOASTED."[break][break]

Yup. No idea who this is, but he's grinning ear-to-ear.

Okay. Discussions are going. Good. Magnus begins to take a deep, long breath as he listens to everyone. Doc @virgil) Playing both sides will be troublesome, that much is correct. Hell, Raju Mystic isn't necessarily incorrect in that it will piss both sides off. That's where the money is though. Working with one side slants their money gains. That's not the most profitable.[break][break]

Slade @marshall seems to agree with Virgil, it's a great point, actually. Unfortunately, Marshall, @keira, and Jasmine Blair were synonymous to him.[break][break]

But it's something that @deimos says, something that the League and Rocket collectively don't have, that intrigues Magnus. Marshall even seems to agree, high success rate, professionalism. They could sell that, and considering what is needed these days, that will do a lot in the long run.[break][break]

Leilani Ka’uhane is in now, donuts, pizza, and Magnus is quick to snatch a glazed, beginning to eat as she is speaking. Jasmine and Lani wouldn't be bad liaisons for that. They had cover stories, and it would be easy to play off that. The club has clientele. And Jasmine seems to agree on that front too, being great with the people... and her one schtick, the line about not segmenting to one person...[break][break]

"You got good points, everyone." Magnus says, swallowing that bit of a glazed donut down. Cheat days are fuckin' sick. As he does, and places his donut down on a napkin, he gestures forward. "I do think Doc has it right. It'll be hard to fully stay under the radar, but if we use the club to our advantage as a meeting venue, we force clientele to behave. Have some security around, suddenly they're outnumbered, and would make a scene. Then it's just a matter of talkin'. If they act out after that, we do what we do best."[break][break]

And beat the shit out of their enemies, see them driven before Orthrus.[break][break]

He does make a note though. "A lot of people do know both heads of Orthrus though... sorry, man." It's a sad thing, having to leave his number two, and potentially, his number three behind in Keira... but everyone else? That's not an easy sell.[break][break]

"I think it's an easy bet. And because of that... I'm gonna reach out to FERNANDO SILPH first. League is gonna be a lot easier to convince to Rocket, and if we get on his good side, we got a fallback plan if Rocket doesn't pan out." Well. Turns out, @suzanne was right. Motherfucker he kicked the shit right out of wasn't even bothering to check his credit card. So. He bought three tickets, and a nice resort, until it declined. Lot of money in-debt, It might not be a big ass penthouse, but it was big enough for activities.[break][break]

Lovely place on Akala Island, really. Beach right nearby, private beach, and right beside Heahea City. Honestly, they had an island to enjoy a couple nights here, and all on the dime of some douchebag Suzanne kicked the shit out of.[break][break]

Course, that doesn't mean Magnus is skipping out on spoiling his girlies. No chance.[break][break]

All his money, his 'budget' as @keira might put it, was set for spoiling, and enjoying the times. And he even got to bring along his big honey badger Typhlosion, Macchiato. Macchi was a big cuddly bear, who just was the warmest big guy. Literally, a winter heated blanket of a bear, and so as he follows Magnus upon checking in, the clerk sees how happy Magnus is, and Macchi's big dumb smile.[break][break]

Moment they were in their room, Magnus walks in, acting like he literally is 'all-that', because he is, he knows it, throws the curtains to their lovely room, and gestures.[break][break]

"Alright, babes. What first? Beach time? Lazy river? Test the waterbed with a lot less lazy, but a river runnin' all the same? Shopping on the oceanfront? ... river?"[break][break]

Magnus was showing his teeth in a grin. Yeah. His ego was at an all time high. Macchi merely heads to the balcony and curls up into a big ol' nap. He enjoyed the beach air.
