Fenelle frowns as der Rotom displays der Rocket codename, before finding the face related to it and relaxing - if der identity as Rocket even in this diguise has been leaked to the League somehow, dee would really need to watch out more. Especially since there's no reason to go for smallfry like dem ... yet.

However, the other face is familiar at least, and with a quick check from Rotom's database, the name belonging to the face also pops up.

The Rotom displays silently, just to confirm names before continuing. Dee would start signing anyway, however, keep up the conversation instead of letting it become too quiet. "New nickname, it's Milou right now," dee signs easy-going, "Mille didn't feel like it fit too well with the purple."

Though, a look around tells dem that they're pretty much the only ones around here. "What're you doing here?" dee asks, as der own purpose becomes crystal clear with sparkling eyes.

Dee still surfs near the shore on der Swampert, as something rather big emerges. Bigger than the Orthworms dee has already caught - and immediately, the Rotom does a diligent Thunder Shock to paralyse the steel worm, so that Fenelle could swiftly catch it.

They continue on in silence.

Fenelle momentarily forgets what the purpose of their visit here is, and as dee doesn't get an immediate answer, let's that feeling of disorientation wash over them. Like memories of old, but they're not from too long ago ... The Metagross regards dem, and dee knows it, but doesn't indicate anyhow that it is noticed.

Simply onwards as they leave the parts unsaid unspoken.

A Stunfisk enters der line of sight, a pokémon that dee always considered kind of funny - a thought flickers across der mind, shoved to the forefront for ... ah.

Weaken it, I want to catch it, dee signs towards the Metagross, the awkward gap between them noticeable. However, Fenelle still feels ... squeamish. Uneasy in the presence of a pokémon dee used to trust unconditionally, afraid of what might come to light if ... dee shakes der head as dee prepares a pokéball, with the Metagross floating over to quickly weaken the Stunfisk so that dee could capture it.

Fenelle's been tasked to help with re-establishing and fixing the city's broken technological infrastructures. Simple hardware work that dee could still do with a specialisation in software. It's mindless work that keeps der hands occupied as dee works on exchanging wires carefully ... and not without pauses.

The past few days of doing this have gone by fairly quickly and without any fuss, however, today ... Dee hasn't been stationed quite so near next to the crevasse before. And man is this giant gap in the ground tempting.

Just what exactly lies below? There's probably teams down there, but Fenelle's up here, doing wires like a good crewmate ...

Fenelle merely nods at Cillian Quinn's orders to contain the two paradoxes while the underboss hurries further - rarely ever putting grudge in a higher-up's order, only having come around to defying der own parents and when things really go against logic. O.K., Fenelle signs at Alba Evovae's suggestion to split up focus, der right hand quickly forming an O and then a K, before nodding at the Grimmsnarl.

It's wounded now, but still capable of battle - firing off more Spirit Breaks until a new pink glittery energy has enveloped the Iron Hands, pushing away and merging with the dream mist that surrounds them. A pokéball is enough to catch the weakened paradox which disappears in a flash of red. The other scientist also made quick work of the Great Tusk, allowing them to continue onwards to the bunk without much delay.

It's a relief to see several others awake - though many remaining sleeping still. Fenelle finds demself walking over to Makoto Kurumi, though any attempts by dem to wake them up prove futile. And the alarms are repeatedly displayed on der Rotom tablet, who also adds flashing red lights for visual. I got it, you can stop that now, Fenelle signs and weakly hits the Rotom tablet as if to hit "snooze", leaving the bunks and hoping that the other would wake in time.

Following Lulu Flint's lead by ameena abadi's side, they arrive at the cargo bay with the tera crystal powering the ship. And more paradoxical news awaits them ... though Fenelle also takes a moment to think of curious it is that there's only future and past duos so far.

... anyway.

Dee manages to pull away from that thought just in time to read Ameena's transcribed words, and nods with a determined expression. There's the thought of Stomping Tantrum, though their situation aboard a spaceship might make this attack more tricky ... Quickly, dee switches out Grimmsnarl for a Bronzong. Bronzong-Extrasensory. See if you get any psychic readings, dee signs at the bell, who floats closer and rings out. An Extrasensory attack envelops the Iron Moth with flickering psychic energy momentarily, heralding misfortune.

However, dee doesn't really have high hopes that the Bronzong might be able to process things like der Metagross ... a brief thought that twists der lip downwards, as dee shakes it off just as quickly.

After a long ordeal, the shore indeed comes up finally and at last. Fenelle lets out a sigh of relief as they might finally leave this little boat with its lack of space, just for the first steps onto "new ground" to be ...

A Brambleghast leisurely passes by as if illustrating Fenelle's thought further.

A ball comes flying towards it to capture it.

The ball clicks, indicating a successful capture.

Another moment passes.

"We're back where we started, aren't we?"

Maybe that's a sign from the world to Fenelle to just give it up today.

The revival of the power plant surely has attracted quite a lot of pokémon - it's become its own habitat, and one that Fenelle now wants to make use of. With a purple-haired wig and a mostly new team, Fenelle's ready to see what pokémon there might be ...

Dee approaches the shore and the entrance area of the power plant on der Swampert, as der Rotom in der wristwatch alerts dem of another presence - squinting, dee runs through possible scenarios who else might lurk around the area and appropriate reactions to it. Since this disguise is more or less haphazardly, dee would need to make up backstory and everything on the fly if necessary.

The Metagross detects the Pawmo's presence and reaches out to Fenelle - though there's no psychic link established before it shifts, moving visually instead of relaying the information via its mind.

Fenelle notices it, and waves to signal that they wouldn't stop for a Pawmo - letting the Metagross deal with it quickly before continuing through this forsaken, charged landscape.

Well isn't that just fortunate. Fenelle has decided to venture out onto the Silent Icefields in search for pokémon, and of course there had to be someone they meet now, too ... and a familiar face. So he made it out of the data centre back when they clashed around Petalburg.

But Fenelle wouldn't know that.

Fenelle doesn't really know anything what has happened between this meeting and the last in Verdanturf, so dee takes a deep breath and smiles, waving at the other as dee approaches the familiar figure. "Oh, hi there! Didn't expect to see you here, too."

The Slither Wing's quickly defeated by the Emboar's attack, though Mille would only realise a couple of steps later as dee already made a run for it towards the Tera Crystals. Morgrem has wanted to join the fight as well, but he does his best not to look slightly disappointed at not being able to prove himself - and instead hurrying back towards Mille's side.

Well done, that was very quick.

Think some of the crystals aorund here should do for now ... we should mark the spot on the map and see if the crystals are really worth mining here.

Mille suggests, looking at Summer for confirmation or denial as dee picks up some of the loose crystals around here. They do seem to harbour quite some power, but dee isn't an actual reader for these energy waves - given a human's normal state, anything would probably feel powerful.

"I'm Fenelle," the Rotom phone sounds, though the name is probably more helpfully supplied by the complimentary subtitles that appear on the screen. It seems like the pokémon itself is shrugging even in tablet form at the pronunciation of the name.

"I think we fell through a portal ... I was warned there might be one, but well, curiosity," Fenelle tries a bit of the civilian act, though the curiosity manifests above the layer of fear that dee has of never being able to escape it. "Maybe we should better move, I think there's something closing in-" dee adds, rubbing der arms as a cold feeling spreads from der fingertips to der whole body.

It seems like the place where they are gradually becomes darker, consumed by a blackness that flickers with the colours it already devoured.
