After the first wave of quick-signing excitement, Fenelle tries to slow down, but it might still be a bit fast. Dee tries to reach a tempo that works for Chu-e over time, but it might take a while.

Dee doesn't mind the slow signing, and is rather happy that something, from whatever time ago, still stuck. And it seems like Chu-e also hasn't been signing just the very basics, either, which makes dem slightly curious. But for the moment, the simulation takes the prize for most curious thing. Dee grins at Chu-e's slight theatrics, and returns it with an even more dramatic bow (dee would never curtsy), but also steps in first.

It's blinding white, then dark. Dee looks around curiously, and finds that dee sees various texts floating around - otherwise, it probably would have lost a lot of its charm. But even without sound, there's a certain pull. Dee turns to look at Chu-e, pointing further down. Do you mind if we go and see what's there?

Fen doesn't immediately notice Sai's signing at dem, too engrossed in more and more ridiculous displays of strength. As dee does, however, dee seems to slightly pout, I'm not, dee signs despite everything pointing to the contrary. See, Morgrem understood now what I mean. In fact, the pokémon, recovering from the attacks still mentally, seems to latch onto Fen's ridiculousness, mirroring some of the moves dee's made.

As Sai starts explaining the deal, Fen points at the Morgrem to listen to what Sai's saying, pondering. I'll have to teach that one sign language ... and figure out some system ... Mirrors are good and well if everyone's playing 'fair'. Dee snickers at that thought. Hope you're not an honourable one, Sir, dee signs at the Morgrem, who doesn't understand. They'll get there.

Work, frankly, sucks, and that's not exactly news to anyone. But usually, Fenelle would get away with doing some basic, random things, and now ... today, work has actually decided to pick up. And there's actual data that needs to be revised, so dee has had to do something, too. Which, to be fair, is what dee has been officially hired for. And, it's almost kinda fun - but ... dee would need to catch up these hours lost on der current Rocket project.

At the end of the workday, dee decided to stop by the Night Market for a snack, before heading home and getting some other programming done. The whole gang's floating and walking beside dem, as suddenly something draws their attention. Hmm, this could be good ...? Dee steps towards the shadows, der autism creatures in tow.

As soon as Sai agrees, Fen also tosses der ball into the air and ready a potion. Now, the Morgrem looks quite distrustful of his new owner, but as soon as he realises that the potion doesn't hurt him, he lets himself be healed with no problem. His mood also considerably improves upon seeing that the Weezing, too, is in tip-top-hat shape.

I do think that they're very close at least, dee signs back thoughtfully, letting the pokémon interact with one another for a while. Only way to find out for sure is killing one, but then we don't have them anymore. Which would defeat the purpose of the whole deal. Dee waves, catching the attention of der Morgrem. Dee points at it, then angles an arm as if flexing some non-existing muscles while raising der eyebrows questioningly. Wanna get strong?

Fenelle stops in der motions for their phone as they see ... that's a strange reaction. It's not like non-signers when they don't understand what dee's been signing, but ... huh. Then, der eyes light up as dee sees the other actually greeting demself in sign, too. This would make things much easier, even if it doesn't come to them as fluently at the moment.

That's great! dee signs back, and then nods understandingly at the comment about being rusty. That's o.k.! I'm happy you know sign. I look forward to working with you today! Der signs are quite excited and fast-paced at first, before dee remembers to slow down, always looking at the other for feedback if dee's understandable or not. If there's problems, we can use our phones ... probably?

Now it's der time to buffer, as dee thinks about if they could use phones during the simulation. But hey, only one way to find out?

Fenelle's always quick to smell baked goods, and somehow has ended up in this whole bakesale thing. For a moment, dee has been worried it might raise funds for the League ... but it's raising funds for the nearby retirement home to get some improvements, so it's fine. Even if dee has no idea how they think dee would be particularly helpful if not that many people can sign ...

However, der enthusiasm is set ablaze as they almost run out of baked goods. Dee doesn't get it at first, but der full team of six (all out because it's none or one braincell) has barged in as the topic come up and pointed at dem excitedly.

It's only when dee finds demself in a kitchen with someone else that dee realises - it's baking time. YES. Der expression takes on a brighter note as dee turns around to the other, too, nodding their head slightly in greeting. Then, dee points to der ears. I'm deaf, dee tries with sign first, before taking out der phone to type if needed. ... but that's not super feasible when they would bake later ... Dee glances at der helpful troupe. Maybe they could help with communication if needed ...
