This had to rank up there as one of the odder choices for a vacation activity, but someone had put out a call for all sorts of Pokemon types and Charlotte just happened to have her Pikachu. She stood with one of the conductors in the front of the train, Sugar the Pikachu adding careful jolts of electricity to one of the batteries.

Neither knew how any of this worked, but it was a photo op and a chance to make memories so that had to count for something. She occasionally waved to those outside doing horrid amounts of manual labour, and quietly thanked she wasn't the one sweating it outside.

But this could all be improved with some music, so before long Johto-pop blared from the engine room to liven up the work.

She had spent all day shopping as evident by the myriad bags white-knuckled in one hand, while her other was occupied with a waffle coned overflowing with ice cream. Pushing the door open with her back, Charlotte is hardly paying attention as her Milcery darts between her legs to exit and sends the poor girl spinning as she turns...

One hand managing to grab his forearm, her ice cream just barely misses his shirt to land instead on the boardwalk. Eyes wide, body stiff, Charlotte stands there a moment as she pieces together exactly what's just happened before slowly looking up.

"Hi," she squeaks softly, embarrassment colouring her expression. "I'm so sorry - I didn't get any on you did I?"

Milcery, meanwhile, bounces merrily in place just a few feet away, either oblivious or uncaring of the chaos she's just caused.

One of her cousins sent a brief text that said "Palossand swarm u should check it out" and Charlotte was on her with with a map for directions and a wide-brimmed straw hat shoved down on her head.

Really she was just there to snap a few pictures of the palace-like Pokemon, a few selfies, and then be on her way. But there were tons of people milling about, some looking professionals and others just as sightsee-y as her, and they were throwing pokeballs in an effort to thin the swarm.

The intro card flashes away and instead reveals a young woman standing in her kitchen. Pink hair braided to keep it out of the way, she smiles widely and waves with both hands to the camera as she greets, "Hello and welcome! I'm Sakura Sweets and today we're going to be learning how to make a watermelon matcha!" To her side is an already-made drink in a slender glass, its beautiful pink colouring topped by a whipped green foam and the bottom dotted with dark-coloured lychee pearls: a perfect watermelon.

"So first we're going to cut up some watermelon and then give it a nice smush," Charlotte directs, her hands moving purposefully to bring out a bowl of cubed watermelon which she then smashes into a pulp. "And next is the fun part - we're gunna take this cheesecloth and strain the pulp, so if you've had a bad day this is a great way to relieve anger."

She laughs and winks at the camera before adding the strained juice back into the bowl. "So ok, next is some all purpose creamer that's my favourite to use for stuff like this." Holding up the creamer, she taps the label for her audience and then combines the watermelon juice and creamer concentrate together and pours it into a glass with lychee pearls already inside. "Look at that gorgeous pink!" she beams into the camera.

"Now lastly we're going to make the rind for our drink. I love this on everything from lattes to ice cream. This matcha powder is from Johto - which is where the best matcha comes from - and we're gunna add a small splash of water to start with." As she speaks Charlotte mixes the emerald powder and then adds a small amount of heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract, speaking all the while.

Frothing the mixture until its airy, she tops the drink with her matcha foam and exclaims, "Tada!" Placing a glass straw into the concoction, she hums contentedly as she takes a sip and winks once more.

"Ok everyone! That's it for today and I hope you enjoy your drink. And just a reminder I'll be in Hoenn for the summer visiting some family and vacationing so videos will be sparse until I'm back home!"
