"whoa momma." kaz could only stare in amazement at the sight of all the motherly love before him as he watched a whole herd of kangaskhan set up playdates with one another for the sake of their young. they were really cute little things chasing after one another and even play fighting among themselves, kazimir was so enthralled watching them that he didn't notice the lone stray baby that slowly waddled up to him until it pulled at his pants. looking down the blonde had to do a double take as he and the baby locked eyes and the little one raised its arms up to him as if asking for him to pick him up. looking around to see if its mother was nearby kazimir slowly took the baby up into his arms where it giggled at its new daddy picking it up and raising it into the air as he stood tall. "well ain't ya a cute little...thing..." the enthusiasm he felt slowly faded as he realized a shadow loomed over him and craning his head back he was face to face with a kangaskhan that looked like a disapproving mother as it glared daggers at him.

turning around to face it kazimir slowly placed the baby back in its pouch and slowly took out a pokeball and as the large momma raised its hand to swipe at him kazimir tossed the ball at the pokemon to stun it hopefully for just a second to extend his possibly short life.

"whoa!" the seed flare bursts forward and its only the mudsdale's quick reflexes that protects kazimir from the attack of the small little hedgehog as the large horse puts itself between his trainer and their opponent. all kazimir could see over the large frame of his pokemon was a glow of green that enveloped it and caused the horse to fall over on its side as it faded, on its side kaz could see a faint burn mark along its side that would have been left by a super effective move. that just gave kaz the clarification that this thing is probably grass type, meaning he had an idea on taking it down. of course he would have to try and do that without damaging the flowers around him.

"noct! take it down!" kaz calls out as he sends out a corviknight while he takes back his horse partner into its ball. as the metal bird flies above it swoops down with glowing wings as it scrapes against the ground between the patches of soil to strike at the little shaymin with a steel wing. "hey! ease up on the collateral damage, we don't want to turn this whole field into mulch ok?!" kaz called out trying to remind his pokemon that they couldn't go as crazy as they usually do.

the sound of battle is the sound of ringing.

"uh oh." was all that kazimir could utter as he and his arcanine were blasted backwards by the xerneas' aurora beam that almost sent him and his dog flying back into the flaming brambles and tumbling into hte dirt getting dust and cuts all over them. "ow...ok...that's...that your gonna rue ya big...donkey." kaz groaned as the heat of the flames surrounding him gave him a sense of urgency as he remembered the words the deer said to him before blasting him. looking around he felt guilt well up inside of him as he returned his arcanine to its ball and he threw out his blastoise.

"ok...jolly roger let's clean up our mess. give us a good hosing yeah?" with a snap of his fingers the blastoise takes out its cannons and starts to spread a hydro pump into the flaming brambles to try and quell the flames around him. however it might take more than just the blastoise as these flames were made with a lot more of his own power added to it but if anyone could put a dent into it it was probably him as this was his fault, his guilt would push him to try and achieve this goal.

Kazimir followed the shaymin to the lot of soil where a few other flowers like his were growing and he seemed to understand what the little creature was saying as it stared at the flower in his palms. was replanting it the right choice? since he came here he did get the feeling like these flowers were something more special than a simple token like they used to be treated back home. "oh heck. what's the worst that can happen right?" he asked the shaymin who just looked at him as he took out a ball and called out a large mudsdale that stamped the ground.

"hey there big mac, think you can help with a little gardening project?" holding up the flower and gesturing to the soil the horse got to work. along the patches of dirt he stamped on the ground like a rototiller as his hooves turned up the soil and kaz managed to spot a hole that was deep enough for him to plant his flower and cover up its roots with teh soil. "alright...looks right at home doesn't it?"

with flower in hand kazimir was just a step away from the edge of the island and couldn't really keep his eyes off of the fact that it was a pretty big drop he was looking at. whatever this place was kaz was certain that he better engrave it into his memory if he wasn't careful. After all he's been through he was sort of trying to be cautious around places that seemed out of this world in a literal sense. the only familiar thing however was the patch of flowers that seemed to only grow in said patch leaving everything else around them void of any kind of life. as he got closer he notice something move around the flowers and took out another ball and released his liligant who was taken aback by the beauty of the flowers until a hand on top of its head brought its focus back to kazimir.

"why not sweeten up this scene for us huh? think the...flowers would appreciate it." kaz suggested with a smile and the liligant nodded in understanding. she stepped forward and slowly twirled in a dance as she released a sweet scent all around her to give the flowers, and whatever was hiding underneath them, something nice to enjoy.

by the sound of things their challenge was starting to heat up which only excited kazimir even more. "c'mon everybody, we can take this challenge down no problem. why don't we show them our war cry for example, like so!" kazimir throws out his kommo-o who takes a firm and rigid stance as it starts to beat its chest as its clanging scales echoed throughout the room to strike fear and a slight pinch of pain to its opponent.

"so just don't make contact huh? where's the fun in that though?" guess it couldn't be helped much to kazimir's dismay as he threw out another pokemon that had some range to it. at least the most dangerous part of the challenge was dealt with already, now they just had to push on through with force. at least that was more his speed.

"ok captain let 'em have it!" kaz called out as his roserade made a long awaited comeback to the battlefield and was quick to unleash a volley of magical leaves at the little iron mouse pokemon. nothing like a few sharp paper(leaf?) cuts to keep on the pressure right?

as he watched the flower bridge unfold before him he wasted no time in following its path dropping a pokeball as he climbed up into the sky. from within jumped out his joltik who saw that the bridge under them was starting to give way as kazimir went up farther and farther. not wanting to risk being left behind the joltik raced forward with quick agility that it flew right by kazimir who looked surprised at his joltik suddenly being there before looking back and seeing that it was soon his turn to be left behind at the risk of falling off this flower bridge; one that had led him a few feet off the ground and if he did fall...it was not going to be a soft landing. "hey wait up itty bitty! don't leave me behind!" kazimir cried otu as he chased after it with his own agility.

he pursed his lips as he thought about the message on the rock. there was a few people he could say he was thankful too but to choose out of all of them? that was a bit of a brain scratcher. Thinking about it it should probably be someone he's shared a lot of time with...and there was definitely one person who fit that bill.

Stormy Silph

he wondered where she was as he etched her name into the stone and set it back down among the flowers. it had been a long while since he last saw her so he hoped that she was well at the very least.

as they approached the room and were challenged once again kazimir was quick to send out his blastoise out onto the field. that's when the trap was sprung and the stunfisk came out from under it. "whoa surprise attack! jolly roger shake him off!" the blastoise tucked its limbs into its shell and started to turn despite the jaws of the stunfisk digging into its shell as it began to spin rapidly slowly edging itself out of the trap.

kazimir lowered himself down to as ground level as he could in a squat as he looked over the flower that he found himself in the presence of. he remembered dropping a seed in this exact spot but he had never confirmed what kind of seed it was, or at the very least recall what the person who gave it to him called it. it was a seed after all they did kind of look the same until you took care of them and they grew into bloom.

he reached out and flicked one of its petals and suddenly the area around him sprouted into blooming flowers that made the blonde suddenly jump back in surprise and land on his butt. "hey hey hey! geez was it blooming season already?!" kaz exclaimed as he scrambled to his feet and was in awe at the sight around him. he had to admit that it was really pretty and he was unaware of the earth underneath him shifting around a little bit.

kazimir covers his ears as his arcanine whines at the sound of clanging that spreads all around them as they fought against the pokemon they were up against. it seemed like a serious retaliation was coming for them and as kazimir rushed over to his arcanine to the point of running right into its mane to muffle the sound he caught the sight of vines and bramble growing wildly around them as the sight of a large anterless deer creature and a tree similar to the one in sootopolis appeared before them. "oh great. as if we didn't need another mess like this on our hands." he mumbled to himself as he listened to the deer's words as the brambles came for everyone. his arcanine stepped in front of kazimir allowing both him to climb onto the dog for safety and allow the brambles to cut into the dog's fur and even skin as it did its best to weave through the aggressive foliage.

"THEY MAY BE UNDER YOUR PROTECTION BUT THAT AIN'T ENOUGH TO STOP POKKENGER YA HEAR?!" a proclomation from atop his arcanine was all that kaz could give...or so the average person might think, "let's go for it firepaw, he whispered into the dog's ears as he straighten himself up to do a dance atop his pokemon as his body began to glow and the glow started to move from him to the arcanine's shiny pelt, "INFERNO BLAZE!"

The arcanine roared as fire gathered in its fangs and releasing them into a ball it shot its way through and started to sprint towards the tree as kazimir held onto its back.
