another day another day in the zone looking for something rare or exotic this season. kazimir did relish these little outings as it gave him a chance to stretch his legs and see some rare sights. trade in scenic vistas with rare pokemon and it makes a whole lot of sense to the everyday trainer just like kazimir if he managed to find some. one of the cons of coming to the safari zone was that running into these pokemon wasn't something that he meant to do as some of them would come his way instead of him finding them. It wasn't always a bad thing but there were some moments that he really wish he could just erase from memory.

"oh my god its like ten years ago. the snorlax. they cometh again." he wondered if he would ever have to break out his plastic pokeflute that he had bought months ago as mainly a decoration piece but left in his bag all this time. who knew that this was the perfect chance for it! licking his lips he places the flute to his mouth and starts to play, his feet moving to the low quality sound that came out of the flute as the snorlax themselves were starting to stir at the sound of his playing. noticing this the blond piper slipped out a pokeball and throw it at one of the rising snorlaxes hoping that their size and speed would be perfect targets.

the sir'fetchd felt his senses grow duller as he was affected by the disable and his shield lowered in panic causing kazimir to take notice as the bird seemed to suddenly be out of it. "hey don't tire out on us so soon. we still need that sword arm of yours buddy, but it looks like we're gonna need to switch it up just a little bit." he looks at the chestnaught as its vines seemed to fine no clear target and were slowly retracting back to their owner as it caught the glimpse of kaz looking at it.

with a nod both of them seemed to read the other's intentions and the chestnaught took point while his knightly bird companion joined the rear guard with their vip. the large grass type flexed his muscles to bulk up his strength and endurance in case whatever was out there decided to come right at them. his large body was their best defense so if the enemy was going to sit back and wait for the right time to strike them kaz and his team would try their damnedest to make sure that perfect time never comes or isn't quite as perfect as their foes hope it would be.

"Well you won't hear any arguments from me. Not like I tried to do something like that back there myself." He recalls the to the attempt to sacrifice his own safety for everyone else by offering his spot in one of the canoes they rode in on the way down to the sea temple only for the group as a whole deciding that piling into one boat was the better option. Still that was in the past and now it was time to focus on the present and even the future as optimistic as it may be. Of course such foresight was something Gabriel probably wasn't thinking of in that moment when they dealt with their aquatic doubles.

"Still that was pretty extreme of you to pull something like that. I've heard a few things here and there and the impression I get is that your a pretty intense guy. I kinda respect that but also think you kinda take it a step too far." What sounded admonishing was mixed with a grin from Kazimir as he pulled up a chair to sit and relax in by kicking his leg over the other and cross his hands behind his head as he leaned back and let his body relax, "But enough about that, I've been going around asking people about the whole thing and I wanted your thoughts about our little run in with those sea folk. Think we got anything to worry about them trying to mimic our old friends the megalopolans and try to come to us? They sure do have stranger powers if not just as strange as those guys. At least they weren't trying to eat people just drown us."

as the shaymind shook off all the dust that covered its flowers kazimir couldn't help but smile as he saw that despite all the roughhousing they were doing the little hedgehog pokemon seemed like it was still full of vigor. "scrappy little thing ain'tcha? how's about this..." Kazimir squatted down to try and meet the little pokemon at eye level as much as he could as he noticed the flower bridge forming again and leading back to the mainland down below before turning back to the shaymin and jutting a finger back over his shoulder pointing at the bridge, "why don't you come along with me and be a part of the team. we sure could use a little scrapper like you." the blonde winked at the shaymin and it seemed to blush at the offer and jump into the big man's arms as he cradled it with a smile and made his way down the bridge while stroking its small petals.

"man this has gotta be the toughest one we got yet. kinda tricky but..." sending out an oricoco of all things kazimir had to think about the puzzle and look over at the typhlosion as it was burning itself up. "maybe if we can get someone to copy us then that'll help? sorry guys i'm just spitballing here." even this kind of challenge wasn't something that kaz could figure out in an instant. hopefully his teammates were a bit more clever than he was...

"damn, your a tough little sumbitch ain'tcha?" kazimir groaned as he returned his tired out corviknight as it struggled to keep itself in the air thanks to the leech seed that was stuck in its wing draining its energy as the battle went on and the shaymin was only reinvigorated to a point where it looked even more fresher than before they started. he then sent out a joltik who looked like it would be able to match weight classes with the shaymin as the two of them circled each other with fierce daggers being thrown between them. "pin them down!" the joltik's body began to glow as it shot off a thunder wave at the shaymin which was just a step too slow to dodge it and felt jolts run down its little body paralyzing it as the joltik charged forward.

"ok mr samurai let's see how ya deal with this powerhouse!" kaz sent out a makuhita that he had been saving on the back burner who seemed eager to throw some hands. "show them how its done with heavy slam!" the makuhita rushed forward and practically threw herself at the golisopod with sheer force behind its heavy slam, the hope being that its pure power would be enough to stun the bug samurai and prevent it from getting any funny ideas about running away. they were on a roll with these challenges, no way they were letting even one get away from them.
