Not that it overly mattered, they were in the way and needed to be moved, which was sad. As much as he loved their relaxed, chill nature, he reached into his pocket and began to play his POKEFLUTE. The note reaching a soft harmony that had awoken them form their slumber and had some following him out of the way. Afterwards he stopped playing and they went back to sleep. Post-workout, and Rae has to get back on her feet. Something high in protein and easy to get down, because to be honest, she's ready to take a shower and collapse onto a couch for a while. She rummages through her fridge. There's not much there, only a carton of eggs and some Sriracha sauce. She shrugs. Welp. Time for a good, easy "meal".[break]

She cracks a few eggs into a glass, puts some of the sauce on top, and chugs the GLASS OF RAW EGGS. Her Gengar floats up behind her, holding her phone out. A swarm of Snorlax... She's exhausted, but they should be easy punching bags...[break]

She leaves the empty glass on the counter and runs out. When a training opportunity like this comes up she can't not take it!

Callan had forgotten his bait at home, an emergency swarm this was certainly, but he rarely ever had a time where he didn't have a couple treats on hand. Unfortunately, the only thing that he could now use for bait was his Lucky Egg Curry Omelette Bento that he had bought before work.

Some lucky Snorlax was going to get it. And if he was gonna sacrifice such a treasure, he was going to try and capture the baddest Snorlax there was. He placed the bento box in a nearby clearing, by a particularly large boy, and waited, tossing his pokeball at the chubby pokemon's weakspot when it began to gobble. Arceus knows a single omelete was less work than inhaling for these things.

Calvin hadn't really expected having to deal with a horde of Snorlax and their young today, but here he is. It's honestly kind of a cool sight— When he heard of reports of Snorlax blocking paths, it was usually only one or two at the very max. Why were they all gathering now? He figured it must be because of the abundance of honey and berries for them to snack on, and a lack of territory aggressiveness. Or maybe there truly was something to be said in regards to safety in numbers... Whatever it was, they sure seemed to be happy with their meal.

[break][break]He could relate to gorging oneself, though. He had scarfed down one of his favorite breakfasts, a cheese omelette earlier... Man, just the memory had him salivating. He didn't notice he was lost in daydream until he realized one of them had woken up, fixing him in its sights. Panicked, he tossed a Pokeball, not really sure what else he could do. Good going, Cal.

Gerald looked upon the Swarm of Snorlax. It was a rare sight for sure. Today he was alone. Having left his little sister in the care of a babysitter whom he trusted. These Snorlax were doing what Snorlax did best: Being literal roadblocks. Andrea didn't let that fact deter her, though. Intent on getting to the other side of this breathing obstacle course at all costs, she tried to awkwardly squeeze her way through the mob of sleeping Pokémon, but soon found her lithe frame bouncing off their massive lards like a pinball.

Her Salamence watched her from above and shook his head, wondering why she hadn't just simply asked him to Fly her over the slumbering swarm instead of trying to do this thing on her own.

After a while, the dragon-costumed girl had gotten so dizzy from being tossed around that her brain felt like SCRAMBLED EGGS. So, when she tried throwing a Pokéball towards the Snorlax, her aim might have been a tad off, leaving things up to chance.

After making his own breakfast consisting of eggs over easy, Derek wonders if he shouldn't have made more as an offering. Snorlax swarming in such numbers was the last pokemon he'd considered to exhibit such behavior. The sleeping bit was normal, at least.

There wasn't much to do, since battling them wouldn't really work if they just insisted on their nap. Without a pokeflute or something that smelled incredible, he felt there was only one option. Well, two if you considered moving them manually. Which he would, but not before tossing a pokeball at one of the slumbering gluttons to check his luck...

Sometimes, simple things are best, like a breakfast of frizzled sunny-side up eggs on toast – no need to over complicate things. Does Mars know how to make a perfect sunny-side up egg, exactly how he likes it, though? No, because he’s basically useless in the kitchen. Yet, despite his inability as a chef, this is exactly the meal he had before heading to one of the routes often-visited by him for a weekend hunt. The wonders of being rich enough to hire chefs, right?

They're in his way. It's the only reason Gavin cares about the Snorlax, really. He can't exactly whip out one of his shadow Pokémon to fly him home, not with this many potential witnesses around, and the Snorlax are blocking the route to the Center and it's rotomi. Battling was also out of the question for similar reasons; his collection had grown to the point that he had no need for other Pokémon.

Well, except in cases like this.

Sighing, he searches through his travel bag, pushing aside the box of mini quiches he'd bought for lunch and groping around until he finds a spare luxury ball at the bottom.

Drawing back his arm, he chucks the ball directly at a paunchy belly.

You can't go wrong with tamago sando for breakfast. It's a fact, really, and one that Katherine's known since childhood. The sandwich is nostalgic as ever, helping memories resurface at the first bite. It reminds her of Sootopolis City, her hometown, of her parents...

greyson was a homebody; always was, always would be. lethargy ran through his blood with the grace, speed and precision as lightning mcqueen on the track. it was a guiding hand in his actions now, even.

the gym-leader's back was flat against the grass, eyes pointing straight and into the blue expanse above. beside him roared a symphony of snores, groans, and mindless babbling. a group of snorlaxs' had claimed this area as their own, and greyson wasn't going to challenge that right. instead, he joins them in their slumber, wistfully drifting away to the thought of eggs 'n a blanket when he gets back home.

when he awakes some hours later, still surrounded by the great lumbering bear pokmon, he contemplates a thought. settling on it, he heaves a pokeball at the nearest one in the dog-pile, and wanders back towards the train station.

the first thing that came to mind when he sees all of these snorlax lounging around is that they may be the culprit for whenever the giant omelette in tyrannia gets finished up. if he can imagine any other entity that may have eaten it, discounting his guzzlord, it has to be them.

priam readies a pokeball to catch one of them. that's one less omelette eater in the world and he's going to be saving lots of hungry pets that rely on the giant source of free food for, well, food.
