the last trip to the depths got him a second clamperl. he doesn't know what to do with it, but mulls over just keeping it. he has time to decide on what to do with them later anyways.

instead, he shifts his attention back to the water. there's more to get and time was ticking.

surely, someone will buy any catch he gets from this. that's the case on clamperl diving so it's only normal for the logic to follow here as well.

he sits on his own corner, albeit not as lonely as he would have hoped for. a lot of people have also stationed themselves on the better parts of the pier, getting their lines on the water to fish.

wolfgang was one of them. mixed with the crowd, he attempts to at least get results that wouldn't go below the average.

he doesn't actually go outside much, contrary to his build. he felt like he was going to be humiliated by the first try, but given that he was pushed into this and agreed, he can't fault anyone but himself for trying.

he gets on the mantine. it feels different from any other flying-type he had ridden on, and to think he has to balance himself on top of it without any traction already has him thinking he won't be able to do it.

still, there was no choice but to try the best trick, and that he does.
