getting on the mantine to flop yet again was not a very fun feeling, but he can't give up now when he's already sunk in a lot of hours trying to recreate the trick again.

wolfgang gets back into the ocean on top of his mantine and awaits the next wave.

the replacement fish wasn't enough since it was also a baby. he'd need to catch a replacement fish for the replacement fish he just caught.

mantine surfing is so fun, he hears no one say ever.

he looks around to see what the general consensus for the sport was, and most of them just wanted to do the magikarp splash for the sake of doing it.

can't blame them though since he's in the same position.

he got a pearl that he can probably sell for a lot. maybe he can do the same with all the clamperls he got and use it as a farm.

it probably wasn't suited given that he lives in littleroot though, so he continues to look for more pearls to sell here.

the fish he caught in the line gets thrown back into the water cause that's what people are supposed to do with tiny little fishes that still needed to grow, he supposes.

instead, he casts his line again to get a replacement fish.

that was his third clamperl by now. the thought of starting a clamperl aquarium so he can just farm their pearls come into consideration, but he's not even sure if he can do it.

he leaves the decision making to future wolfgang and dives back in.
