EXPOSITION

A FISHING CONTEST HAS BEEN SET ALONG SLATEPORT'S SHORES & ON THE SEA. While some may decide to fish on their own, rental boats or Pokemon are available for trainers to ride on to fish in the deeper waters.[break][break]

However, for conservation purposes under ranger guidelines, only one Pokemon can be taken!

HOW TO PLAY

TO PLAY, please read the instructions below.[break][break]

• All of your characters can participate.
• Post and ROLL TWO TIMES. The first roll will determine the SPECIES OF POKEMON, while the second roll will determine the SIZE CLASSIFICATION. The tables featuring the roll values and what they correspond to can be found below.
• If both roll values MATCH, you will have also caught a SHINY version of the Pokemon.
• You can only POST ONCE A DAY PER CHARACTER for this event.
• Your character can only take ONE POKEMON they have fished up from the entire event. This Pokemon's movesets and abilities can be chosen like a GACHAPON POKEMON'S.

To participate, you can fish SOLO, or FISH WITH FRIENDS. If you are fishing solo, simply post in this thread with your rolls.[break][break]

If you are fishing with friends, create a new thread in the SLATEPORT BEACH board with the thread tag (FISH). That thread will function as another version of the main thread. Feel free to transition from a solo fishing endeavor in this thread to a fishing with friends thread, as long as you abide by the post once per day rule.[break][break]

When fishing with friends, you do not need to abide by any post order. You may double post should the situation arise.[break][break]

Next, please KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU HAVE FISHED UP & THEIR SIZES. I may find it a bit difficult to determine who has fished the biggest of what species, so if I can get some help in that regard, that would be fantastic![break][break]

Lastly, by the end of the event, feel free to decide which fished Pokemon your character decides to keep. You do not need to post a site shop request or moderator request for this.
