a fellow flying type enthusiast, a delivery worker and a cutie to boot? i've been meaning to thread angelo vestri with locke for a while!

how would you feel about a courier mission or two? maybe a light-hearted delivery race or just general bonding/working together? C:

I've also been meaning to come plot with Angelo, but I've been super busy with my excursion and the picnic mega-thread (on top of the threads I'd already started pre-SOS event and just plain work irl). Even beyond the surface of delivery work and flying Pokémon these two have a ton in common between their poor background, having to mature quickly at a young age, and general circumstances keeping them separated from their close-knit families.

I was planning on making open threads with all three of the SOS missions soon since the excursion Locke is in is getting ready to wrap up. If Angelo hasn't done Eggs In One Basket yet, I think it'd be a perfect way for them to meet! If not that, Locke hasn't done Employment: Act 1 yet, which could follow a similar plot. Either way, he'll definitely need the help, since it'll be his first delivery post-injury.

Alexei Ivanov

Alexei my beloved... I know we've already talked a bit about him and Locke just chillin together in at the Sanctuary, which I am 100% down for and is exactly what the little bean needs right now. Both Locke and their Pokémon need to take it easy after getting messed up on Route 113, and Fortree seems like just the place for some R&R. I could probably even request for them to get Teleported right there post-excursion since it's not too far and makes sense for their flying-types to recover there.

Like I said above, I was gonna open up some SOS missions anyhow, so if Alexei needs to cross off Panic! At The Picnic or Toddler Training those could be perfect jumping off points!

I love love love the idea of a bird lover's club and just these three interacting more in general. Maybe a Slumber Party or some Spring Cleaning at the Sanctuary? Any of the above missions could probably also be expanded to included all three of them together! I'll be taking a week-long vacation starting this Saturday while my roommate's out of town, so this place is gonna have my undivided attention for a bit.

don't worry about it, i've been busy with moving and the excursion, too. i'd been meaning to message you about potential plots a lot sooner but hey-ho, we're all here now! 

angelo hasn't done EGGS IN ONE BASKET yet! i think that would be a great mission for the two to meet and get to know one another. with ven's permission, we could even say that the eggs are being delivered to the Sanctuary? think that would be a cute way to sort of tie them all together, even if alex isn't present for the mission itself. maybe our two go out as a favour for alex (for example maybe they're collecting a batch of abandoned eggs that the daycare is sending to Fortree for their flying expertise) and get to know one another on the way back?

i'd loveee to have the three of them in one thread, hanging out at Fortree in their feathery-domain. Angelo helps out there when he can, so it wouldn't be difficult to rope him in to either of those mission. we could put a cool spin on the sleepover mission, maybe... like an annual night migration or some kind of night courtship display (we've all seen the youtube videos of birds dancing to impress, i'm sure).

they can hang out with the birds and drink. i nominate alex to bring baked goods.

Back from my nap and I'm definitely game for that! And then after the picnic we can follow up with an egg delivery if we still want to do that! Do we want #1 birdman and gracious host Alexei to start us off or somebody else?

First of all, BABY BOI NO,,, Ever since our excursion thread together, getting to plot with Locke again has been something I've wanted to do! He tries his best, he has the best birbs, he needs a big hug after all that's happened,,, There's no better combination than your packages arriving on time with adorable and capable couriers!

Eris is both a Kanto orphan and a Team Rocket member, making for quite the bad mix when you consider Locke's background too. If you'd like, the duo could bond over the fact that they both come from Kanto and have had their homes shattered by the group! This could also lead into a potential betrayal of his trust when he finds out about her allegiances...

Maybe the duo could meet by pure chance in some social or mission? Kind of recognise each other from the excursion, maybe without the hostility since Locke was knocked out before Eris' ties to Rocket was shown? Though she's affiliated with Rocket, Eris would most definitely want to help those who were affected by their actions!
