"No more so than you I'm sure." had she been in a better mood this might have been fun but in that moment it was anything but. Especially when he tells her it is indeed daytime. She has little options. Wait for night? Not with the cold. But to travel by day without being prepared? That was worse.

"It'll be a week." she gives him no other explanation beyond that, choosing to keep her secret. It does not even come to mind that he might be able to help her get back to town. It does not matter because she does not expect it. She will find her way by daylight once her pokemon are back at her side. However, the way her body will react is something she cannot stop and she will not be able to leave her hotel room until it is under control.

She whistles again, seeking her pokemon. One rattles somewhere, the ghost trills for her to find him and she sighs what little relief it brings.

with no other explanation there's little fernando can piece together. not that he cares. she's free to do what she wants but he has no intention on staying longer then he needs to. "i take it you'll be fine from hereon?" that's his last sense of courtesy before he'll depart. this is her last chance to ask for help but something tells him she won't.

"Fine enough. Don't call my phone until I tell you I'm available again." she dreads what will come of this but she is far too stubborn and far too used to being alone to think it possible he'd help her. It has been drilled into her that in such moments she has no one but herself and her pokemon to rely on.

It is moments like these that she is her own worst enemy.

"sure, whatever you say, boss." the sarcasm is laid on extra thick as he leaves. a final testament to how little he accepts her type of fire brand. still, the weakness of his heart stops him from leaving entirely. "just let me know if you need anything, nightingale." a final curtain call before he starts to head in the opposite direction of her, back toward the entrance from whence he came.
