Razz had never paid too much attention to Skateport's city as detailed as he has in the past several months. First the city just being a place to stay until he could get himself home back in sootopolise. Though now that he's become captain he tries to invest more into it including trying to get his rangers to have cleaned up some areas of the Outskirts for the 'Summer Camp' the league wanted the Rangers to run.[Break][break]

It took about a week but everything was clean, wild pokemon were more ready for the idea of humans coming into the area and now there were lots of kids running about. Some of the rangers setting up some kids games with 'super soakers' or 'water balloons wars.' [break][break]

Though it's towards the river Razz tries to meet up with some rangers who have been tasked with showing the kids on how to befriend the water pokemon in the area, the head ranger having invited rangers from different towns to help with it as he approaches one around his age. [Break][break]

Why they would want him for this beat him. Did he seem like the type that was good with children? Because he didn’t really think he was. Not that he had ever tried to see if he was good at the who taking care of kids thing. Mainly because he wasn’t sure how he was suppose to handle kids.

But if nothing else he was stubborn. Because of that he wasn’t the type to give up. So if they wanted him for something like this he would give it everything he had. Even if he didn’t understand why they would choose him to teach a bunch of kids how to handle water pokemon.

Though he gave the pointers from time to time he mostly kept an eye on them to make sure they stayed safe. He already had to stop a few from jumping into the river. While the river was one of he more come ones he wasn’t to sure how deep it was in the middle, and he didn’t want to risk one of the children nearly drowning.

Keeping the children in his peripheral he turned towards the older male trying to to show discomfort as being addressed as Blackwell. ”Everything’s going well, only a few kids need instructions while the others only need pointers,” he told the captain.[break] Razz Kingsman

The discomfort of the name usage goes unnoticed, his own social skills were never that good and the one who usually picked up on social clues for him was currently resting at home. Whether or not his current support pokemon could pick up the subtle hints were up in the air because even if she did it was not a big enough deal to inform her trainer about. [break][break]

He gives a nod happy to hear that it seemed to be going well. Least until he heard some distress grunts coming from one of the other pokemon. Seems like several kids were surrounding a wailmer and seeming to argue about which one of them should get to ride it. The small wail pokemon seeming to try to get away but with the kids effectively surrounding them it seemed to be a problem. Before choosing to get involved Razz looks to the younger Ranger wanting to see if he had a way to deal with such a situation.
