Alexei Ivanov’s is found as the replacement ‘charm’ for the bird whistle he wears around his neck.

RING
Laurence Anderson’s is the most unoriginal one I ever own. Yes—before anyone asks he indeed wears his like Steven Stone’s Mega Accessory.

UNDECIDED
Arashi Akiyama’s I haven’t decided yet, since I want to make his as badass as possible.

GAUNTLET
Izumi Yamamura’s can be found embedded in one of her battle gauntlets.

(Jack Napier doesn’t have one yet, but maybe down the road, who knows?)

He swore the entire… concept behind the dunk tank was ‘cursed’.

It had… last year had really turned him off from lingering too long around here—at least unless the other half of his soul Guillermo Marceliño was sitting on the throne ready to be ~~iterated~~ sent to an early unexpected bath…

“Am I really going to subject myself to this again?” he muttered, picking up the Pokéball-sized baseball and flinging it as best as he could.

Never mind if he was noodle-armed and all that shite.

He was more than certain one of his wily ovines who was back home at Fortree right now was sneezing his face off…

“How? He decided to be a cute little… oh, djinni, let me just show you the pictures,” he went on, quickly retrieving his phone from his pocket and then scrolling all the way back to a certain point in the camera roll—it was a good thing they’d taken pictures of that day!

“See, see that Wooloo with the little crown accessory behaving like a useless Yamper? That’s him. That’s William. Literally embarrassed me in front of Memo,” he recounted, unable to hold back the fit of laughter.

It was just too much!

And things afterward had never been the same for the two of them.

This was truly a test of courage and infinite patience, because the way the place was setting of his ‘g-dar’ was literally off the charts.

Why was the entire… why was this entire place so damned unsettling, in more ways than one? Why did it feel like that?!

“See? They’re not even fazed by the stink eye!” he wheezed as he let her get some of the Pokémon treats that he was passing around to the other rowdy Rufflet that were now fighting for his attention.

One of the shier Rufflet, though—one that had a bandana around his neck—decided to make for Miss Elise instead and slowly, tentatively sniffed the air around her before making a slow, tentative grab for the treat in her hands.

“Oh. That one’s… Washi,” he remarked idly, tilting his head at the quieter Rufflet. “A friend gave him to me.”

(He wondered how Locke Jamison was doing these days now.)

He then peered over into the bucket of ‘things’ that he’d been finding in the surf so far.

“…how even does paper stay dry?” he mused as he noticed two of the things he’d gotten were… tickets of some sort? Weird.

“Also, did you forget what happened between us last year out here at the diving?” he continued in the same quiet tone.

While waiting for the answer, he would take another quick dip into the surf—what would be today’s treasure (or disaster)?

He decided to go with just one arm floatie today… all things considered. It was more of a reassurance thing than a crutch, so to speak.

“Hey… Frog?” he began quietly as he looked over at the other half of his soul.

“I just wanted to say…”

However instead of saying what he wanted to say, he would lean over and give him a quick peck on the cheek.

Wait, what is this? Him? Alex? Being affectionate out in public? (Well, they were diving somewhere a little more private, but still—this was a big thing for him at least!)

“Thanks.”

Another quick squeeze of his hand, before he took another dive into the churning surf—what was there for him to find today?

Fact of the matter here was that no matter how long it had been, the deep still scared the ever-living daylights out of him. It was just that… horrible.

Good thing that Guillermo Marceliño was nearby, though, so at least he wasn’t going to drown…

And good thing too he had the arm floaties!

(Yes, even if they made him look ridiculous.)

No matter, as long as it wasn’t too hot at the end of the day as he apprehensively looked at the dark, murky water and took another dive.

Now, to be fair, one of the Mantine he owned (of which there were two) was also understandably upset when he broke the news that she wasn’t hitting the beach this year.

“Brings back… memories, doesn’t it?” he muttered quietly as he looked over to his—well, last year they weren’t boyfriends yet at that point in time, however towards the end of the month…

Hehe.

“Remember how you taught me how to dive?” he added as… just for old time’s sake, he strapped the arm floaters on because holy shit in a handbasket diving still terrified him.

“Well…”

A quick peck on the cheek and a reassuring hand squeeze later, he then took his first extremely hesitant dive back into the salty brine.

(Of course he was diving closer to the end of the day after all. Bad sun.)

His Corvisquire didn’t even move an inch—as it turned out, she’d fallen asleep with that hilarious-looking pose on the ground.

“Hey,” he called to the Shelgon, as he’d seen the other one snap up more than what they should’ve taken, “…be nice and share,” he added as he gestured for just the Bagon to approach (should they want) so he could hand them more treats because the Shelgon decided to be a greedy lil’ shite.

“Oh, my god,” he chuckled as he bit into the apple to stall for time.

“You—you’re not going to believe where we first met, but it’s so corny I’m just…” he couldn’t resist breaking out into a fit of laughter!

“You—do you remember those speed dating events? The ones that usually happen around Slateport during February?”

Oh, the memory was still so very fresh. Like it had just happened yesterday.
