If Razz were raised better he probably would realize right away this wasn't the best way to do things. Though with his being raised in an environment where you learn by doing whether you wanted to or not this was the method he came up with first. He had a new pokemon that was easily terrified so what better way to try and toughen him up than bring him to the haunted themed safari? [break][break]

What could go wrong?[break][break]

Though unlike the 'throw them to the mightyena and see what happens' method Razz did plan to be here for support, even had Sage with him and Lapis. Hopefully they could build Water Lizard's courage if even only a little here.

    "Look I'm sure you could try and build of your courage a bit if you beat a few pokemon," Razz tries to reassure Lapis as he points toward the fox pokemon near by. It was fire Lapis had the advantage there. Though when Razz looked back behind him to where the lizard pokemon was it was now gone. How did he... Razz looked to Sage who just shrugged not having noticed the water pokemon running either. [break][break]

      Razz and Sage follow behind the terrified lizard, and when it came across the Phantump Sobble just cried out in fear which made the ghost pokemon also scream in fear of it's own as it ran off. "Sage catch him." With that Sage uses VINE WHIP to grab Lapis and bring him close. [break][break]

      "Hey look at that Lapis you actually scared them off on your own," he tries to comment on what the Sobble did as positive but it seemed they were getting a bit dizzy from all their running. Okay bad start, but eventually things would get better hopefully.

        Razz did what he could to put Lapis back on both feet again as he patted the wizard's head, "Hey come on cheer up you chased off the previous one," he tried to twist the facts there to cheer them up as he looked to Sage to back him up. Sage had crossed arms as he clearly wasnt in support of his trainer lying to Lapis. Though maybe this was one of thoae greater good things? So he agreed which seemed to make the Sobble perk up a bit.

        With that possitive thought Sobble looked like it was ready to take on the Shuppet that was passing by. But after a tick all that fear shot back as he hid behind Sage allowing the whippet to escape.

          At the site of water Lapis is quick to move toward it and hopped in clearly about to try and camouflage itself until another ghost decided to come out from the water this time attacking first unlike the others with WATER PULSE. Thankfully with Sobble being a water a type it didn't hurt too much. But Sage wasn't going to let this pokemon hurt his new buddy so easily as he used VINE WHIP to attack the ghost. His body have a aura of purple for a moment as the CURSE BODY decided to take effect and Corsola was about to attack again before Sage used SEED BOMB and Razz followed up with a safari-ball in an attempt to catch the ghost.               At Lapis' new round of tears a bit of snickering could be heard. Razz didn't pay much attention while he was trying to comfort the little lizard and his clear hit in confidence as it seems like it hasn't bee able to do anything so far.                 Razz wiped away the tears he had on his face thanks to Lapis as he finally got the little lizard to stop, and hoppful brought up his spirits. Infact when another pokemon came to noticed Lapis was the one to act first as he used WATER PULSE without even being ordered which was great! Problem was it hit quiet a rare colored Sableye directly which seemed to drive it away. That would have been interesting to add to the group but seems like Lapis had other plans as it looked to Razz with a delighted smile on his face happy to see he did it. [break][break]
