Hoenn might actually be a cursed region at this rate, attracting a new danger every month. And since the war had concluded not long ago, everyone was still recovering, not even at their prime.[break][break] So when that creature emerged? No one was ready. Balder, who was somehow in Slateport when the portal happened, had only brought a handful of pokemons to assist him. Thus, the man hurried to the field, calling out his Braixen and his Roselia. As soon as she appeared, Rosa proceeded to deploy two sets of Toxic Spike, hopefully damaging whatever creature would emerge.[break][break] And thus it did. A monster never seen before (Or was he? I'm looking at you Poison Patrol 30), black as the night. If it got its feet in the Spikes and was affected by it, there was no way to tell. Nonetheless, they needed to press forward. "Rosa, blind it! Fox, get ready to do your tricks."[break][break] The Roselia nodded as she unleashed a Petal Blizzard on the unknown creature. "Fox, it's your tur-... Fox? Fox!" As Balder was going to tell the Braixen to set everything on fire, he noticed the creature walking forward, staring at the voided portal from which the alien emerged. And soon after, got absorbed by it, to never be seen again.[break][break] "FUCK!" The man gazed at the creature angrily. "Rosa, don't let up. We're gonna get revenge for Fox. Suck that thing's energy!" As the Blizzard of rose petals continued to swarm the alien, the Roselia proceeded to use Giga Drain, hoping to damage it and get some of its energy.
