Valerio hits his bandage-wrapped shoulders with a conscious force, careful not to cause any more discomfort to the boy. He takes off from his chair, putting back the seat to its rightful place as he opens the curtain that obscures the pair from the rest of the noisy med bay.

“Gotta bring dancers to entertain the next time or something.”

And with one final giggle, he decides to leave.
