Lex watched, mustering as much of a neutral look on her face as she could as Madam Kane’s body shuddered and twisted in response to the Gastly’s attack. She kept having to remind herself it was for the best. It was her own life on the line. She would rest easier tonight knowing the Madam Kane couldn’t report her whereabouts back to Johto.
