It started off small. [break][break]

One of the kids thought bringing a Dewpider from the water to the apartments was a good idea. And while one was fine, it had friends. Lots and lots of friends as there was a knock on his door from one of his neighbors as his being a Ranger was known amongst the apartment. They told him the situation and of course as per their contract here problems like these had to be taken care of on their own. Not wanting the Dewpider to move from the family apartments to the solo ones the young Ranger decides to make a call to Sénon Game. [break][break]

He informs the other ranger how their apartment was indented into a literal hole in the wall of the crater city so they he may need to bring a flying pokemon just to reach them. As the roads to them all included a bit of a climb as there was no easy road to their run down place. Once the call is done he makes it toward the family side where their building was built into the wall. Webs could easily be seen covering the corner of the building where the Dewpider took up space. The kids here were weird.

Arachnids gave most people the creeps. Their anatomy was just too alien compared to humans and most things we saw on earth.

To human eyes and sensibilities some of the Ultra Beasts had more processable designs. Eight legs, more than two eyes, high mobility to walk on ceilings and walls. They were just unnerving. Except for Joltik, those were just adorable.

He really didn't want to go play exterminator in Sootopolis but he had a soft spot for Razz' adoration. If the kid looked up to him or at least asked for help, turning him down made the Kantonian actually a little weary of himself. Like was doing something wrong by saying no.

So he flew in with fire-types for burning, water-types for hosing and bigger bug-types for eating. "How long have these they been nesting in this building?"

"Since yesterday apprently, one of the kids brought a wild one here and I guess it liked the place so much that it invited its family, they would call the exterminator but as you saw this place iant easy to get to and just... Yeah..." Razz explains as he calls for his Zeraora who was playing with some of the apartment kids. [Break][break]

"Normally for this kinda stuff I just go in and drive them off but a lot of them are inside and people at this apparment come here because we cant afford any other place so yeah... Any ideas on how to do this?" he ask because he is honestly stumped

"SINCE YESTERDAY?!" He realized how loud he was being and covered his mouth with his hand, his eyes were wide with bewilderment. It wasn't a good look nor a good sign that they had been able and willing to web up this much surface area in just a day.

Taken out of the moment for a second he focused on the furry little mammal with the white fur. "Oh that's cool, what the hell is it?" He'd never seen a pokémon like that before and frankly his mind was willing to latch onto any topic was wasn't dealing with these damn dewpider.

In his mind he was still going over their options but everything Kingsman said about the details made him weary.

Razz and his cats both jump in surprise at the sudden outburst fro the other, but Razz understood, ”The kid was really excited about her first new pokemon she snuck in, and I’m guessing the parents were at work as most of them came in, they only came to me about an hour ago,” Raz tries to explain before he takes out his phone for the DexAPP to show all the information about the Water bug pokemon. “Apparently there is a larger Araquanid inside too, if you want I can try having Whis try to electrify everything, but I have no way of driving them out

You’re the elite ranger here any ideas?” Though as more were crawling out maybe talking wasn’t the best thing to do, but he really didn’t want to damage the place. ”Whis shoot what’s on the outside at least,” he orders as the electric cat started using Plasma Fist to shoot at some of the swarm, though it didn’t seem like they were happy as more were coming out in revenge. Oh maybe that was a bad idea.

He decided to ignore that Kingsman ignored his question about that other pokémon was, handing the DEXapp lookup on dewpiders instead. His nightmare fuel files were already full thanks to this guy, thanks.

As the (seemingly) electric type broke through the webbing Sénon finally had a plan.

"I have a solution..." He said it but what should have been a look of definitive confidence was more a wincing look of warning. He was sure his plan would work but it wasn't exactly going to be comfortable.

it always comes down to one of razz' triggers

"-but you ain't gonna like it." ...for Razz. It wasn't going to be comfortable for Razz.

Salem assist with a HELPING HAND as Whis continues to try and used a combo of Plasma Fist and Slash to knock out the spider pokemon that were coming after them. With their numbers it felt like it was raining spiders which seemed to scare some of the family and neighbors. Though he wasn’t afraid of any spiders so it was no big deal. [break][break]

”At this point I don’t think I care if I like the plan or not, just lets do something?” he’s slightly panicking because of their numbers, hopefully Senon’s idea would work.

With Kingsman's affirmation he put the plan in action.

He stepped in front of Razz like a shield which should have been some indication of what was going to happen.

From his hip he pulled two pokéballs.

The second ball was an Alolan Vulpix, regal and pristine in her white coat of fur. With an Ice Beam she sealed away the hall effectively trapping the Rangers inside the apartment with the Dewpiders.

Razz likely wouldn't notice the ice type coming out of the second pokéball, because of what came out of the first.

"Now. Don't panic." He spoke lowly knowing Razz was watching from over his shoulder. Sitting calmly and nestled into the center of the room was a creature of living molten rock and steel.

"The Dewpiders won't stay here if there's a predator here. Particularly one making the environment more hot and arid than they like." Before long the conflict started and little Depiders began to crawl and attack Sénon's fire-type.

Only to be eaten without a flinch.

The larger ones used water attacks but were quickly put down by Razz' whatever that electric pokémon was. Their water attacks causing steam in the closed off room area, making for a make-shift sauna.

If he could go back to a minute ago with just the most terrifying thing being the raining spiders he would. As what was in front of him was like reliving a god damn nightmare of having gone underground to actual lava and now having to come face to face with these fuckers again. ”I think now is a perfect time to panic,” he growls through gritted teeth as that deep rooted fear decides to kick up again. His only saving grace was that this felt like a mission so he could focus enough to continue giving Whis orders but focusing on anything but the large thing now eating some of the Dewpider. [break][break]

It seemed with the combination of the Heatran eating them and the Zeraora electrocuting them the spiders were now fleeing going back to the rocks and now falling down the cliff and into the water that surrounded the city. If nothing else at least this was working, god he couldn’t wait until this was over.
