AS HOENN TURNS TO THE NEW YEAR, people remain on edge. The trauma of past events have caused some to keep to their circles; however, many still take to the streets to celebrate the new era. Festivals are hosted in every town and city, stirring the curiosities of local citizens and local legends alike...[break][break]
FIRE-TYPE & OX-PKMN PERKS
JANUARY TO FEBRUARY WILL FEATURE focuses on fire-type pokemon and several "ox" species of pokemon.[break][break]

- fire-type/ox pokemon have their evolutions discounted by 50%.
- fire-type/ox pokemon have a higher chance of possessing 5 moves, egg moves, hidden abilities, and being shiny.
- slugma/magcargo can be sold to the black market for 100 PD.

EVERGRANDE FANTASY (until feb 28th)

HOENN'S HOTTEST GACHA GAME has returned! Once a week, post in the
Evergrande Fantasy thread to roll yourself a character from Hoenn's active cast. Although in this iteration you can only roll once per player per week, you can reap extra monetary rewards (and an award) by threading with the summoned character with any of your characters![break][break][break]
ACCUSATIONS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

A LEAGUE PRESS CONFERENCE allows reporters from all over the region to question The League. Participate on one of your character accounts to pitch questions as an NPC reporter. Doing so may help flesh the setting out for you further, while allowing the League canons a chance to save face or provide color to the world.[break][break]
Within this event,
dahlia goode has announced the
AQUA INITIATIVE (AVATAR QUALITY and UNIVERSAL ACTION INITIATIVE) which will enlist those who are known as
avatars into task force meant to protect the region. Although the commissioner says such figures will be invited, who knows what she truly intends?[break][break]

NEW SHOP ITEMS
NEXT, we would like to direct your attention to two new items in the shop:[break][break][break]

The first is a
WARDEN'S TICKET that grants entry to the safari zone with
4 safari balls. All spawns will be shiny, but each species
will only appear once. Next, this will be your
only safari entry for the selection cycle. To purchase this item, you must have
100 infamy on the character's account.[break][break][break]
Second is
INCENSE, which is finally purchasable! Incense can be used in
SOLO WILDS ONLY to ensure that only one type of pokemon can be spawned from the
location's available types. Indicate in moderation requests that you are using an incense and which type you are summoning for with every subsequent spawn request.[break][break][break][break]
SPIRIT FESTIVAL (mid feb)

IN FEBRUARY, a festival of spirits is held in Hoenn to celebrate one's ancestors and to usher in the beginning of Spring. In this mega event thread, players can raise the vital spirit of the festival in order to redeem fantastic rewards and unlock special ic events![break][break][break][break]

WITH SPIRAL'S ASSISTANCE, Dani has created a Rocket Raid event with limited sign-ups based around infiltration, distraction, and secret cargo. Set in Lilycove, Rocket attempts to steal a precious artifact before it reaches the city's museum collection. Although at the time of writing sign ups are closed, it will be worth to keep track of this event.[break][break][break]
